I am still awaiting a tracking number on an order I put in on the 29th in which david assured me that it would ship the next day BEFORE the holidays... Please advise..

Please check in your account -- it should show the disposition of your pacjage in there--

also should give you the tracking number.


The only way to find info on package shipping
and get someone to track your order for you
it to contact Customer Service,

I have no data base access
and no customer accounts info .

All I can say is "WoW". I did not expect the package that I received today from East Mall because I was never given a tracking number. "WoW" .. I'm still amazed because I usually get a tracking number so I did NOT think that it got shipped before the holidays! David assured me it was going to ship, and all I can say is that he stands by his word. David, I appreciate you sending out the package just like you said you would. You got my business in the future.... 2 thumbs up!!

Glad you got your package, I'm still waiting for my order from July 23!!! And David has NOT honored ANY of his promises!!!!! Numerous email communication with David and promises he made and still do NOT have my complete order. He only sent the juice and the drip tips and DID NOT send me the Indulgence Kits which was promised to me on Aug 2, Aug 20, and Sept 18th. He did send me a package with a lot of "parts" for the indulgence but no batteries no chargers no atomizers no carts. So he's got my $400+ and I don't have ANY working units!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Obviously there is some sort of communication error here, as David wouldn't purposely do such a thing to someone.!

Wow, not sure what to say about that. I know that I had a problem with a couple hundred bottles of juice (which is on clearance right now on the site) because I didn't believe it was DeKang. But, I didn't hassle anything, just let him know about the juice, and asked him to personally check the packages that we are sent since we do make some nice orders for him. Every since then..everything seems to be flowing fine...
