I have to give a thumbs up to Eastmall.net for the last order they shipped me, not only did they handle a customer service issue that wasn't there fault or mine but the owner David Yang stepped up to the pump and restocked a huge order of mine that the USPS had delivered to a wrong address that a person there also signed for it and then stole my order and nobody would do anything about it at the USPS, and even though it was proven to them they messed up, yet USPS wouldn't pay for it. David Yang over @ Eastmall after a month of investigations and looking for the PKG ended up sending a whole nother order out to me, this was approx a $400 order, he didn't have to do this yet did it anyways, kudos to you David for taking care of me, it will never be forgotten and I will be buying from you forever now !!!!

On the flip side there rep Di is tremendous as well for all she has done for me over the last year, I tip my hat to her as well, she is a first class kind of Lady. I will also give a bowel to Joy as of late who just helped me out, great edition to the team.!!

All kidding aside, I'm also a big fan of Eastmall and have been a customer of theirs for almost a year now. Wonderful company to deal with. They are my main supplier. Prices can't be beat. Service is fantastic. David is a hands-on owner and wonderful to deal with. The rest of the crew, Di and Joy are great ladies and will bend over backwards to please you. What more could you want? :)

Matt - Hate hearing about that stolen order.

But I am not one bit surprised that EastMall stepped up to the plate and took care of you. They have, without a doubt, EXCELLENT customer service. I have always been 100% happy with all my products and all my interactions with EastMall.

I remember the first order I placed and I ordered the wrong thing - duh! David popped off a thank you for your order note, I responded that I messed up, and he corrected it on the spot. This was my first order so I was sitting here wondering IF I would get what I wanted or if I would get what I ordered or if I would get a combination of right & wrong.

The order arrived and it was perfect - of course. I have been a devoted customer since that day. Having EastMall here in our forum means we have easy access to personnel and can get questions answered, updates on products and happenings at EastMall, etc.

My last order was placed around midnight on a Sunday night and arrived Friday. Amazing fast service on that last order. Guess all the stars were aligned just right or something.

Anyway - Thrilled to hear your order is safely in your hands. Glad to hear you will be returning to EastMall for future orders.

He must have been busy with your order as my aunts order made on 8-16 we just found never shipped. I sure hope they included some goodies for her because if all she gets is I'm sorry she is a gone customer. I feel bad as I referred her. As of today she still has not received her 2 Riva kits and juice. I am glad you had a much better outcome.

I totally support Eastmall. They have the best attys and best pricing.. Never had a problem with them and I have ordered for a year now.. EM LR 510s are great.. Always very prompt shipping. You can buy bulk and save big time.. And then there is Di which is always here to help if something goes wrong. :))

Aug 18... I think that was right around the time when they were trying to get the new website up and running after old one got hacked beyond repair. Hope you have been in touch with either Di or Joy so they can take care of it. They will bend over backwards for you... or your aunt, as the case may be. :) Go to the Eastmall Forum Eastmall-ecigarette or email support@eastmall.net
