These were really yummy. I had to add water even though the recipe doesn't call for any because it was just way to thick. I just added a blast of water from the tap.

The whole family approves.

One muffin is 199 calories, not bad!

I LOVE pumpkin, pumpkin bread, pumpkin bars, pumpkin pie, pumpkin ice cream, pumpkin muffins....well you get the idea...checking out this link....just do NOT tell my diet buddies on here ok?

Look at the calories on it! At 199, it's diet friendly! There's no oil or butter or anything. I am one who refuses to use up most of the day's calories at breakfast time.

Also, it makes the house smell of October. And costs like $2 for 12 muffins. I'm hooked.

Somebody on the site said to try it with spice cake mix..I think you could leave out the spices then.

My son hung out with me while I made them and he handed me the spices and such. I think I might let him do it himself next time. If the spice cake mix thing works, even a much younger child could do it with little to know help (except supervision, of course!)
