Ebay New Policy?

This is crazy being these types of products don't have to be involved with nicotine at all.

Very crazy given this information.

I just went to ebay to search for "pipes" and only got 32,000+ hits. I fail to see the difference if the policy is 'tobacco related.'

I only got 123,000+ hits on "straws" and who knows what kind of nicotine type beverages someone could be sucking through with those.

And got just barely under 1,140,000 hits on "pouches" which we all know can be great for carrying tobacco related products.

If an Ego battery or mod listing is tobacco related. Than a car listing is more eligible for this because it may have been smoked in.

Can't enforce policies purely on intent speculation. This is just a scare tactic, but I don't know why. As they want to make money.

by that logic, cars could be tobacco related simply cuz almost every car has a cigarette lighter in it...

They sell tons of tobacco pipes on ebay yet the have a problem with ego batteries?

Although I was just looking at a paragon clone on ebay and it eclusively aid "Not a tobacco or nicotine delivery device" and technichally, theyre right. a metal tube that houses a switch and battery doesnt deliver nicotine =P
