Wonder if this Comical Ebay whining crap will ever stop.

BS comment - Atomizer is related to to many items outside of vaping and therefor allowed:facepalm:
The use of the word in improper context may be NOT allowed.
Check catagories of each to see why

Bored now

@crxess, the post above is a copy/paste from the email I got.
It clearly states "atomizers".

Resume your boredom.

You mean this one?:
This includes batteries, e-juice, atomizers, etc. for items that are e-Cigarettes by name or by manufacturer classification.
Which you have now used Twice out of Ebay's context.

Search Atomizer and you will find many advertized Atomizer products Ebay will NEVER pull the listings for.

Sorry if I sound short or Bored - this topic is almost weekly and has been for several years. Sellers still sell and Buyers are still buying every hour.
I have been an active Ebay member since 2004 and learned quite abit along the way.

A seller introduced the Kayfun Light Plus Black Edition on Ebay and sold Thousands then brought the KFL+ BE v2 on and sold a few thousand more. Never had an account glitch.
Sellers are doing this every day without issue by carefully following strict guidelines to avoid having products pulled.

It is what it is.

That is 1 of the dumbest thing Ive ever read. What makes you assume B&Ms and other Vendors havr no idea what theyre selling? I just bought a hyrid mech made by a Modder who only sells them in his B&M and on eBay as of now, he must no nothing right.

If these threads bore you, then why read and react to them? You are not obligated to join the discussion if you're so tired of them.

You called my comment BS, so I showed the the exact statement I received from eBay. Spin it however you like.

Again, I'm not complaining, nor did I start the thread, I'm just contributing to the topic at hand.

Some of youse got the point, some of youse did not. That is life. It was not how to break the rules set forth, it was not about how to get around the rules set forth, it was not about the value of the venue. It was about hyperbole and hypocrisy, how to make up rules so they sound like Dear Leader himself wrote them, and how not to enforce them when its in The Dear Leaders best interest.

It affected me so it was my rant of the month. And it had`nt come up in a few days, weeks, IDK? , :?)

I could`ve been talking about the currant administration (could`v been, eh?), :?)
But I like to stay on target most of the time.

That being said, I have made more purchases from honest websites this last month then I have on ebay. Hmmmm. Natural selection in action, maybe?. LOL.

Well it has been a Month since the OP started this thread.

So I went to e-Bay and did a Quick n' Dirty search for 'iTaste" to see how much e-Cigarette Hardware is being restricted.

I Only got 2,000 Listings.

LOL

When they cancelled two auctions I had posted,1 for an MPV (which oddly enough I bought on e-Bay) and 1 for a VTR (also bought on e-Bay) I called them about their cancelling my auctions. The said because e-cig items not allowed.I asked them what about the thousands of other e-cig related items listed ? Their response was with the thousands upon thousands of listing, they can't catch them all.But if they do,the will take them down.I've been an e-bay member since 2000 with 100 % rating from day one. It's just luck of the draw.Wish I had saved the letter they sent.I did go through through my favorite seller and of the couple dozen e-cig related sellers I was following, probably 1/2 didn't have anything listed.Too bad,I was finding some good prices and never got a fake mod or bad coils.

It's not the companies we buy from that cause these issues.... They are victims of this crap, just like we are. It's OUR constant requirement of governments to regulate everything in life so we don't hurt ourselves.
We stop asking governments to protect us from US. Then this BS will go away. Government is supposed to ask US for permission, NOT the other way around.

I just ordered another Smpl clone, magma clone and enough rayon for a lifetime off ebay for a total of $40. I wont buy any regulated mods off of ebay because they are usually more expensive. I still buy most of my mech and topper clones off ebay aslong as they list the manufactuer. I usually save $10+ on Ephro, Infinite and Amod clones so why not. Ive also got the jenkiest Penny mod ive ever seen and a Tobeco Plume Veil that was trash, it was like $25 total so it wasnt a real lose,
