eBay vs. eCigs

Hi all,

Before I get flamed, I did request to be added as a supplier, and even offered to be a contributor. I got no response. On to the topic...

A few days ago, I listed authentic DSE901 kits on eBay. Three separate listings with different stuff included in each. I also listed cartridges, chargers, and cases.

Well, within 48 hours eBay pulled the three listings for the kits referencing a policy against tobacco products. Three days later they pulled the listing for the cartridges, again referencing a policy against tobacco products.

Yesterday, they pulled the listing for the cases, stating that the cases had pictures of e-cigs in the case and that was against policy.

Today, they pulled the chargers, stating that their policy forbids all e-cigarette products AND ACCESSORIES!

Can't blame you for being ....... I mean, even the chargers? Come on!
I tried to sell a ecig back in the beginning on March, mine got pulled also.

I can see not selling carts or juice but just the hardware is a little ridiculous. But it also proves these are tobacco related products and not medical devices.. Send that to the lawyers fighting the FDA

Maybe giant tobacco companies convinced ebay to ban e-cigs...everything related to e-cigs..come on.... it's simply ridiculous... the electronic cigarette itself is a little steaming machine.. ...i can understand the cartdriges ban... but not batteries and ... ahaha... also the e-cigs box and case....

I see things on ebay for Electronic cigarettes. Did you make sure you only did the shipping for the US.

Just buy a fog machine off of ebay, fill it with ejuice, and wrap your mouth around the end of it. Send an email to ebay requesting removal of all theatrical fog producing equipment as it can be used for a similar purpose.

You can buy ashtrays, lighters, etc for analogs.. You can even buy porn on ebay.. They pick and choose what they will allow because they can. It is all about ignorance.

They know they have nothing to lose by pulling them. It is all about their public image. If the public decides to accept the e-cig, they will simply allow them to be sold again and people will forget about them ever banning them.
