Happy B-day ECF. I'd like to give a big thanks to everyone that keeps this place running. Without this place I surely would be coughing right now because I would have just went outside for a smoke. Not only do pv's keep us from smokers cough but they allow most of us to stay warm.

Happy Birthday ECF!!! Thank you for all your work behind the scenes.

Not only can I take deep breaths without coughing and no longer expect to cart around an oxygen tank in the future, I've met some really amazing people here!

I started lurking and vaping in Oct 2009, continued lurking and stopped 30+ years of smoking in December 2009, and (finally) joined the forum in Jan 2010.

Bought a few very generic kits prior to joining then bought my first real mod,a janty stic from Angus through the classifieds(remember that Angus? You were'nt even a mod yet!)

Of course I remember. That Janty Stick was my first "mod" as well. :) My next one was the Chuck.

And also, a big thanks to Angus... Because he's a backroom boy you don't know the extent of his contribution - but he's the main man keeping it all running, and we all owe him.

Aww, thanks. But to be honest it's a team effort, and we've got a great team. I couldn't do it without them!

    Happy birthday ECF!

Since I'm new here still, my big highlight of the year has been discovering this place. If it wasn't for this place, I might have given up on the Blu, and PVs in general. Since continuing to smoke wouldn't have been an option, I've found MY way to quit, and for that I am grateful. Armed with a wealth of information and a fantastic support network, I can proudly say I'm a non-smoker, a convert from day 1.

Thanks so much for everything, members and mods and staff alike. You made this transition as easy as possible, and pretty darn fun to boot!

    Happy Birthday, ECF!

Thanks to this forum I was able to give up cigarettes for good (been over a year now). The information I've learned here has been priceless.

Special thanks to the hard-working staff, and the forum regulars who are always there to help and answer questions (you know who you are). This place wouldn't be the same without you. Thanks also to those who blaze the trail and review new products for us (often at your own expense).

    Keep up the good work!

Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you!

Thanks to the ECF forum for my vast brain overload on every conceivable piece of knowledge and available supplier on the forum. You have personally been responsible for my need to have bigger, better devices, tastier juices and a much much smaller dollar amount left in my checkbook.....but really it's been a fun ride and I'm not done yet..........lol

Wow… where has the time gone? To me, it seems like just a couple of months ago SmokeyJoe was announcing our second anniversary.

Over the last year we’ve seen a lot of changes around here. We’ve gone through a major forum software upgrade, and we aren’t done yet. We’ve seen the legal case with the FDA go into Appeals Court… and sit there for what seems like forever. We’ve added some international language forums for our non-English speaking members. We’ve had new staff members join us, and some leave. We’ve seen our membership rise to almost 50 thousand members. For me, I’m nearing my one year anniversary as Forum Manager, and it’s been a wild ride.

We’ve also seen a lot of innovation in the e-cig industry, from the wildly popular eGo-like models to some really amazing variable voltage units, and it looks like there is even more interesting things to come. I wonder what the next year will bring.

What are your big highlights for the year?

The staff here at the ECF would like to give our sincere thanks to our Assclown, because it’s you that makes this place such a great community to be part of.

    Happy Holidays,
    The ECF Forum Staff
    Fixed this for you.:D
