Personally I think vaping could takeover smoking(as it should) when tests prove it is a lot safer and healthier

So we've been having a lot of nasty whether out here lately and it has gotten me thinking. If the power goes out for an extended period of time do people have contingency plans for their batteries? I've got a car battery power inverter but that will only last so long and the battery will need to be charged by running a vehicle eventually. I am not sure if an easily available, portable solar panel can put out the current to charge a bank of 18650's either.

Today is tank cleaning day whether I like it or not. Going to try denture tabs and see how that goes.

Solar panels depending on the size of them can put out plenty of juice to charge the batts might be something worth looking into further
