Happy Holidays from Central Florida!

I'm 6 days into a new life! Just joined and am benefiting from all the great information here! Thanks!

57 years old, started smoking at age 13. Finally can see an improvement in my COPD. Guess this year was the time I was ready to quit. Family and friends noticed already since I don't have that nasty smell. Life is good. Just wanted to say hello and thank everyone for their posts. I'm learning a lot!
