Go to the New Members section, on the left side of the page will be a blue button with something like "New Thread"
click that, fill in the subject header then into the body........ click the final button under neath the box something like "submit"
and Presto! haller if you have any trouble

Yes, Aaron...if you go to the First page (link is at the top of the thread^) the very first post has some info on it I just copied this part:

Note: For those that already have an IRC client, such as mIRC, you can connect to the IRC server at:

irc.e-cigarette-forum.com
The port number is: 6667

not sure about the android part simply because I haven't used it or stumbled across it, I am fairly sure it will be mentioned by someone else before too long...
