If you are on a computer it can not be more easy to find: look at the top of the page....see the words E-cigarette-forum in bold lettering?
Directly in the next (lighter blue) row of links under the OR of FORUM, you will see the Live Chat link

Not so much, it staves off hawking of supplies, or coloring opinions of competition. Most suppliers have a section under forum suppliers where they are happy to respond
