Ecig infomercial

Hubby said that while at work yesterday, he heard an advertisement on the radio for a Swisher Sweet e-cig so an infomercial for an ecig doesn't surprise me. I haven't heard anything about alternacigs though. They look expensive. You get set up on an auto-ship and it's $19.99 for 6 carts wow.
Yeah, they are a rip-off for sure. It was the same old song and dance "Buy now and we will double the amount of cartridges" "Each cartridge is over a pack and a half of regular cigarettes"
I saw a commercial late last night for an e-cig I've never heard of, "21st Century Smoke"

I found the link for the e-swisher that they are selling "electronic cigars" and thought it was interesting. "Each pack contains three cartridges that can be about 6 packs worth" hmmmm

But here's my take on this fraudulent advertising of cartomizer=1-2 packs cigs:
If a cig contains 1 mg nicotine,
Then a pack of cigs =20 mg nicotine.
If a cartomizer contains 1 ml of 20 mg ejuice,
Then a cartomizer=1 pack cigs.
Totally faulty of course. But I think that's where they're getting their reasoning.

I see the reasoning behind it, but everyone vapes in a different way. In MY house, that thing wouldn't last half the day and there is no way I would've smoked two packs of analogs in half a day. I think that the way they are promoting this will just turn off people when they go to switch to e-cigs. When I started someone told me that a 15ml bottle of 24mg juice would last all month... a week later I was out (me and hubby btw) so now I just tell people that it depends on the way you smoke. i.e. if you chain vape it is not going to last as long as if you just took a "smoke break" every couple of hours. Grrr lol
