Ecig manufacturers in Asia (only China?)

I was told by a supplier that currently they are having problems with exporting ecigs from china and hong kong. They said that even finding shipping companies who will ship ecigs from china and hong kong is getting difficult now.
I didn`t know that ecigs are actually banned in China but as I said there seems to be a crack down on exports going on .
The whole industry in china may be in trouble right now so
I was wondering if someone could tell me what other countries have ecigs manufacturers, preferably in Asia

yes, I couldn`t find much as far as manufacturers in other countries there. Did find one guy who`s english was bad who claimed he was an ego-t manufacturer in Alaska lol.

There is one company I found in Alibaba that is out of South Korea. I forgot their name. I think you can narrow your search by country. I did run across a press release months ago from a chinese e-cigarette company that bought a US company so they could import ecigs into China, I thought that to be quite bizarre at the time.

EMS is currently handling ecig shipments, as is DHL (I just spoke with them yesterday); so, if you're not talking about one-offs, you should be OK.

Are you sure about DHL, I`ve had a shipment hung up for a week with them. I was told the order was delivered to DHL and given a tracking number but still can not track it online after a week.
