Is this thread for discussion of all flavors carried by ecigexpress or just the 'new line'/super concentrates? Also, Sdh, does the Malboro have that Redman flavor to it?

I am not at home right now. I really am not the person to compare since I don't recall ever smoking any Redman. I did smoke a black n mild last year when I was searching for the taste for making a black n mild vanilla tone. A few puffs for the cause won't hurt.

I have to say 10% to your recipe. I like this flavor mixed at a 50/50 ratio. I never tried it at 80/20. It really is good as a stand alone vape.

I think I am going to dig out my atties to try the Marboro again. I am a hoarder. I just figured out using my laptop with my current windows 7 and being 64 bit this forum does not support the spell check. LOL so if you find spelling errors...oh well!

Until then....no grammer police!Ok...I am going to try to reply to the question presented about DJrum. I did not smell any clove when I first obtained it. I still don't. However, I mixed it at a 80/20 blend. This is a Kretek type flavoring. I have tried a few Kreteks here and there but I think this one is more of a true representation of a true Kretek. It has more of a tobacco then clove taste. The balance at this percent is excellent. I really did not know if this was a kretek type because I was confused as well on the labeling. I am glad I gambled on this one. I am tasting a very pleasant flavor. It really is hard to describe because the flavor is more intense upon inhalation and upon exhalation it is another tastebud event.(less tobacco and more clove like taste.) The clove taste is nothing like I have tasted so far in my journeys in DIY. It is not overpowering but a perfect flavor. (My thoughts.) YMMV. The blending of this flavor is amazing. However, if you smell the flavoring bottle it has no odor.
Hmmm, interesting, so it's meant to be a Djarum knockoff after all, lol. Along with cigarettes and a pipe, I was also smoked Djarums on rare occasions. One of the early flavors I ordered when I started out vaping was Tasty Vapor's Kretek. I had tried one or two other clove flavors prior but neither were anything like the Djarums I used to smoke. The Tasty Vapor I thought was spot on both in taste and aroma, right down to replicating the slight numbing sensation on the lips and tongue. Much like the real thing, it really took over a room though, and I mean really took over. I couldn't get rid of the scent for hours, lol. I enjoyed it for a little while partly for the sake of reminiscing but then got burned out on it. That and the fact that I could never comfortably vape it indoors unless I knew I was going to be alone, for a while. I never even finished the 30ml bottle. Sounds like this one may be a bit less obtrusive.
