Thank you for the feedback ladies. I think I will throw it on my current order. I was more concerned about the name getting lost in translation. Lol. Rum,clove sounds like it will be fun to play with. I hope there will be some coffee with the TE line soon. It is my favorite base but I dislike what other flavors and my extracts do to my precious attys.

I requested some coffee flavors in the ECX thread so they will probably have a few soon. If you would like plain coffee, you may want to ask in their thread here http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...oncentrated-flavoring-soon-7.html#post5931328

I finally got off my lazy duff. I mixed:
Win Churchill at 3% 0.3ml for 10ml. 80/20 24mg is standard for me:)
Grape cigar: 2% cigar 1% grape
Dhill: 3%
Carmel mocha at 2% (daring since I said I wanted to mix at 1%)
The regular tobacco at 3% (ummm this smells somewhat like a super concentrated flavor from a different company)
I mixed the DJrum at 3%.

They are going to get a gentle water bath. IDK if that helps but my philosophy is: it won't hurt for melding. I will hold off on tasting till Monday. I wonder if I can wait. :)

Just opened my package, haven't had a chance to start mixing yet. The cherry, raspberry and coconut smell nice, like the real thing, just what I expected. The mango has a definite, sort of generic fruity smell. Nice, but I would never have identified it as mango(and I like and eat mangos a LOT). It'll be interesting to see if it smells(and tastes, of course) more like mango when mixed. The caramel mocha smell wicked potent. I'm going to heed the warnings and start out light on that one.

The Mango tastes exactly like a Mango Bubble Gum that I used to like when I was younger :) It does not taste like a fresh Mango IMO.

I am going to have to mix some of the Caramel Mocha that I have from VZ and taste it again. I still only smell alcohol when i open the bottle. I do know that it was good mixed with the Vanilla and the Cream and I do not remember the VZ being all that potent but I could be wrong.

The only ready made e-liquid that I have liked in a fruit has been Mango. I got some FA Mango, and no way near the ready made Mango experience. Unvapable for me until I can come up with a fix. Will be looking for what you think of TE's.

Toto, I absolutely love the FE Mango but, it is not at all a fresh mango flavor to me. Still pretty darn good. Better than FA Mango IMO.

Since the VZ fruits I've tried so far all taste and smell to me like their fresh fruit equivalents, and these seemed to be the same flavors, I guess I made the assumption that the mango would be as well. I have to admit, mango bubble gum was the furthest thing from my mind, lol.

I don't know that the caramel mocha is that strong, but since it smells so strong I just thought I would be conservative to start with.

Sorry, I thought you saw that I thought it was candy like in the VZ thread. I also think the Apricot tastes like a dried (not fresh) Apricot. Actually, none of these taste like fresh fruit and are more candy like to me because of their sweetness. If you thought that Apricot tastes like fresh fruit, you may think that the Mango does too :)

I read the reviews of others saying that they felt the Blackberry and the Mango taste like the fresh fruit so I may be the odd man out on these.

Yeah, I missed that somehow, but it's cool, I'll just see how it goes. The VZ fruits smelled spot on from get go when I smelled the concentrate, and they did seems like fresh fruit as opposed to candy or dried fruit to me, so this one threw me right off the bat. It's not so much that it doesn't smell like fresh fruit, just that it doesn't smell like mango to me, but instead some kind of fresh fruit melange.

I think that it is whatever they use to sweeten these flavors that make me lean towards them being candy like and not natural fruit tasting flavors. I have liked all that I have tried though.

I filled a tank earlier tonight with the Blackberry flavor that has steeped for about 3 weeks, mixed at 3%. It tastes like a Blackberry Jolly Rancher IMO. Very yummy but way more sweet than the tartness a real blackberry has IMO.

Also, I mixed some VZ Caramel Mocha at 3% and it is not all that strong. Not weak, but nothing like what is being said about the ECX Caramel Mocha.

Thanks salemgold, I won't worry prematurely about the caramel mocha being to strong then.

BTW, has anyone gone through the trouble of estimating the typical size of a drop from these ECX Tobacco and Fruit Express bottles, i.e. how many drops/ml dripping directly from the concentrate bottle?

As excited as I am to get these flavors mixed up, I've been having a hard time motivating myself to go wash these bottles so I can get started. I find this to be the worst part, lol. Oh well, they aren't going to wash themselves, so here goes.

I hate washing bottles too! I have no luck at all with those plastic bottles. They always seem to hold the last flavor that was in them. I have a bunch of glass dropper bottles that I use and a bunch of rinsed but unwashed plastic ones lol But with the glass, I just rinse with water when empty and let dry. Rinse with PGA, and I am good to go. I have not measured drops but I think that LM mentioned using drops somewhere in this thread.

For me, making 30ml or less (often 5-10ml) dropping flavorings from the bottle just seems to make more sense.
