Yeah i do feel that way sometimes i think its some thing to do with vaping i seem to have more energy now, maybe thats part of it.

Yeah, it's probably because you have more energy. A lot of people claim it makes them have much more energy, so this is probably a great thing if you're not super tired all day.

I think it may be a couple different things going on. I know when I started vaping and quit smoking I know I was getting nic but sometimes still felt withdrawals and insomnia is a withdrawal symptom. Add that to the definitely positive increase in energy/oxygen and you could have some insomnia for sure. I work out now and that helps me sleep. Grats on kickin the analogues!

I don't really remember since it's been a while but I think I recall having similar issues. Nicotine is a stimulant. Try vaping something lower in nicotine in the evenings and see what happens. When I first started vaping I was using 36-40mg juice. I eventually cut down to 18mg and as of last week, due to an illness, I'm vaping zero nic or very very low nic. Haven't had any issues sleeping for a while now unless hanging out on ECF (like now...LOL) or building mods.

Nicotine is a stimulate. During the first weeks after I switched to vapor, I had many nights when I could not get to sleep. Even tho I was bone-tired, I felt wired and my mind would not settle down. The solution was switching to lower nic juices in the afternoon and during the evening. I think cigarettes have some kind of sedative in them to keep you from getting jived and e-juice doesn't.

I think I vape too much before bedtime, gets me riled up and restless. I like to relax in bed with my laptop and PV. I'm going to try lowering the nic level from 18 to 12 in the late evenings because I have noticed a significant increase in insomnia and weird dreams, not that I know that it's related but certainly can't hurt to see if it helps.

I definitely have a HUGE increase in energy, but I'm an active, hyper person, so more energy is just another way of me being able to do more things in the day, and I fall asleep when I'm done... but for some reason every weekend, or any time I have more than 3 or 4 days off from classes, I tend to get a night-dweller schedule, which is difficult to resist... I don't mind less sleep as long as I'm not tired and groggy for the rest of the morning/afternoon. :)
