Higher People's Court, and if you don't get remedy - then WIPO.

We've successfully prosecuted Patent Infringement in the Higher People's Court half a dozen times. Never found a need to leverage WIPO.

I think were getting a little off topic but I am glad that you were able to find remedy for a Patent Infringment.

I still stand by my early comment. The only place I know that is more currupt is Mexico.

Forgive my ignorance here...

What exactly were these new cartos supposed to do...other than be new? Generally-speaking, when a new version of an item comes out...it is intended to solve an older problem or make something better. What was it about the premium cartos that needed improving or fixing? Especially since the premos aren't even 6 months old yet.

Hell....I smoked the same cigarette brand for 20 years. Still taste and puff the same as they did way back then.

Maybe the silica rope coil wick keeps burning, unable to draw enough liquid fast enough to stay wet continuously.

because we can all at least agree that a better carto than the current one is necessary.

I don't think the non-fear mongering folks here HAVE a problem with the current cartomizers. I do not think that we would all agree that the current cartomizers are a problem. The people onthis forum are a small, but vocal minority. I would bet that for the hundreds of thousands of cartomizers they have sold, there are about 20 VERY VOCAL complainers and conspiracy theorists on this forum.

I would not be surprised if the couple posts about UNSAFE BURNING cartomizers that end up in the forums every day are not posted by the FDA, or employees of Royal Smokers.

I have seen NO SUCH thing, and believe the cartomizers we currently have are just fine, and I believe there are MANY more like me, than ones that INSIST ON SOMETHING ELSE. I would bet that Vapor for Life's sales could prove that.

Unsolicited Advice:

Don't try to apply logic and reason here. It's not going to get you anywhere. Check your brain at the door and you'll be a happier camper on this forum...

Lets not go down the carto-burn road in this thread. That will almost certainly guarantee this train will go off the rails, through a parking lot and into a daycare center.

BUT....I can't help but point out that I have only been vaping for 6 months and I have three types (types, not just sizes) of batteries here, 4 types of cartos....and all the juice flavors I started with will soon be gone forever. I just think the industry needs to stabalize somewhat. I'd rather have something that is less than perfect then having to choose a pig in a poke every three months.

Just my two cents....

I wander if thinning the juice with a bit of purified water would increase the wick performance.

It sounds like V4L juice (and others) might be too thick to travel up the wick efficiently, whereas RoyalSmokers' juice works fine.

The problem seems to be that V4L and Royalsmokers use the SAME Dakang juice.

If I am wrong, please correct me. BUT V4L juice is not "special" the two are the same...

According to some resources the reason for withdrawing the V2 carto's is that
is has threaten V4L business, they have too much stock, they don't want we sell out C-E2 to protect themselves to sell a lot of old inventory. Any comments?

I have tried the v2 carto's myself and they are not performing well because the liquid does not go inside the wick fast enough, so a few puffs and you get the burned taste. Also the filling through holes big as a hair is not good and the 808 one's I have are more narrow then regular carto's/atties so you cannot fit a drip tip or any regular cartridge tip.

Umm.... I don't get it... if you tried the V2 cartos yourself and felt they are not up to par then why are you questioning V4L when they gave the same reason for not carrying them?

That is completely ridiculous. We had no problem stocking premium cartomizers before our stock of regular cartomizers was depleted. The reason we did not order the Edition 2 cartomizers is because they do not work as advertised. It does not matter what juice you use, or what voltage. If the carto's would have worked well, you can bet we would have ordered as many as we could.

Not questioning but showing how Microcig does business ;-) I told them the same and they think I don't know how to use them.

LOL that's the same thing we got out of them. I asked them how we might be using them wrong and they didn't answer the question, they just asked us to make an order.

I can totally agree with the above statments. They are a huge dissapointment.
After trying to fill them which is not easy, then after a couple of draws, it burns the back of your thought, has very little flavour at all, and taste burnt almost immediately.

Even the carts that were purchased already filled tasted the same, almost like burnt plastic.
