ego 18650 mod.

Hi guys.
Looking to buy my first mod.
I'm thinking in a 18650 can type mod.
Anything affordable?
I'd like if possible to use A123 cells which have slightly lower voltage but last longer and dont blow up!
I used them in my RC car due to them being safer than standard lithiums.

There's a couple of lower priced 18650 mods at Madvapes. I don't know if they ship to OZ though.

They tend to go in and out of stock a lot so if you're interested you've got to jump on them when they're in.

Also, I'm not sure I'd recommend lower voltage cells. If you're worried about blowing up, make sure you get protected lithium ion batteries or you could go with LiMN batteries that are chemically safe. If my internet search-fu is right, A123 batteries have a 3.6V charge voltage and a nominal voltage somewhere around 2.8-3v. You'll have a better vaping experience with batteries that have a nominal voltage around 3.6-3.7V. Plenty of folks get 2 or more days out of 3.7V 18650 batteries, so I'm not sure longevity is really a problem, at least in terms of time-between-charges.

your right about the voltage toddos.
The benefit of these cells though having lower voltage is the can deliver more current if needed.
I have a few alrready so i'll give it a go anyway.
Most important thing is to find a decent priced mod.
I cant understand how theyre so expensive, it's just a tube!
