ego/kgo batts with give you the most versatility as far as carts/tanks/etc go. Anything 510 will fit, as well as all the ego type tanks and carts.

Look around the forum about filling and you will see that it is easy and cheaper than buying prefilled carts. You will eventually start filling your own carts and possibly move on to tank styles. It seems like a bit of work at first, and there is a learning curve, but you have the whole forum here to help you.

Congratulations on your descision to quit the analogues. You are going to be way healthier and feel much better. DOn't give up, we are here to help you stick with it, and you will have lots of fun in the process.

When you get tired of paying for pre-filled (it won't take long) try the Mini Vivi Nova. It's simplicity itself to fill, doesn't leak and the coil and head can be replaced when they wear out or they can be rebuilt. They really are the simplest and best available at this time.

Relax, Enjoy!

I wouldnt waste your time on anything Ego unless it has the word TWIST after it,,,these Batts are just better and being able to dial in your sweet spot by adjusting the voltage is purely Blissful vaping, as well as being able tO run any new Cartos that come out in any ohm rating,, Go Ego-Twist ;) not C

This is very true! If you are not interested in using atomizers and cartridge tanks then it is pointless to buy an eGo C kit that comes with them included. Why pay for what you don't want?

A couple Twists and a charger are all that's required besides your pre-filled cartos.

The learning curve they speak of is for filling cartomizers. The Twist and Vision clearos are drip drip, puff puff simplicity!
Set the Twist at 4.0 volts to start, let the wicks soak for a few minutes, the first 5 or 6 puffs may be a bit weak or harsh, don't inhale them, just blow them out. Try the voltage up and down until you find where you prefer it.

I hope your new gear arrives today!

Relax, Enjoy!

That's quite arguable. As many folks will agree to that as won't.

I understood the first quote as referring to the learning curve for filling cartos. Sorry if I misunderstood.

I love tanks - with all other types I get juice in my mouth all the time. (I drool a lot so .. JK!)

I get pre-filled, then refill them till the plastic wears out, each one lasts a few weeks. The silicone replacement caps seal so well it's hard to refill them.

For convenient refills, the T.W. Titan and Patriot range juice bottles top fits right in the cart opening, super easy to fill, takes about 5 seconds.

I used my old 510 batteries a couple times with the eGo atomizer. They look funny on the big atomizer, and don't last very long, but useful in a pinch.

The USB passthrough battery is currently listed under eGo-C but works 100% with the E. I have it connected and charging at my desk all the time, so my batteries are always charged :)

BTW There's 510 carts as well.

In some ways everything has a learning curve. For example: You may find with a vision that you need to pull up a little on the top seal or cut v's in the openings and use the mouthpiece to screw it down to a point that will seal the unit, but will eliminate dry hits, or that you need to thin your liquid a bit with DW or other to eliminate dry hits. I had lots of dry hits until I did several things, and still didn't like it very much until I put it on a VV batt and cranked it up. All that is fooling around with it (experimenting) and hence a learning curve that had to be overcome before I actually started enjoying it, right out of the box, I quickly threw it into my atty graveyard until I tried it with a new VV batt I picked up.

I followed the advice on the ECF and some tuber reviewers, and got a twist. More specifically the ego C twist. I love it, got it in a kit for around 70 bucks, came with 2 1000mah bats (one lasts all day but I dont have a charger at work), a wall charger, a vision clearmoizer (v3 long wics) and a case. Very nice set up. Been using it for a week now and there was a very small learning curve to all this.

Before this I was using blu cartomizers with the blu starter kit. These cartomizers cost a ton of money (even if you get the four or more discount directly form the web) but it is great that I can run out and get them at the drug store.

I quit using my blu when my juice arrived, but I still had some cartomizers left over for my blu, and I have to say their juice is pretty good (DW loves their vanilla). I love to tinker and have already burned out one of my blu cigs trying to see if one of my other gas station chargers would charge it (it did not). I was a bit apprehensive when I figured out my blu cartomizers fit into my ego, but I gave it a whirl. Not only did it work on the twist, but the vape was way better than blu ever was.

You can get a twist and use the blu cartomizers, not sure if it is safe, but I do it and it will work great if I ever forget to put my juice order in on time.

As for the learning curve, for me it was figuring out I didn't really need as much nic as I thought. It seems that clearomizers give a better delivery of nic (personal experience only).

Good luck and congratz on quitting.
