Make sure it does work with any atty/carto/tank. If this is the case, then it could be dead, especially if you have been pushing it very hard (high V, low ohms).

But it could also be the center post of the twist has pushed the centerpost of the carto up too far, and is now not making good contact. Many ego-type batts can do this. Take the carto, and use a sturdy straight pin or safety pin to pry the carto center post down. You do this by sticking the pin point into one of the air holes above the carto threads, and prying down. then do it on the other side with the other air hole. Do this, back and forth with both holes, until the center post is exposed by about 0.5 mm - 1 mm. Now try the carto on the twist. If it works, this was the problem. If not, contact the vendor.

I've seen this on Echos, KGOs, Rivas, and to a lesser extent Egos. Battery is fine, but the contact with the carto is not.
