Quck question: I need to get some new 306 attys. I used to use 1.5ohm on my E-Power, but would I be better off with a higher resistance on the Twist? 2.0 maybe?

Are my 1.5s causing unnecessary drain on my Twists?

I personally don't like to use below 2.0 ohm because of the rapid drain. The same result can be obtained with the higher voltage, that the Twist can provide, and higher ohm. Around 2.5 ohm allows you to use the full voltage range of the Twist if you would like to.

Yes. Ohm's Law in a nutshell: Lower resistance at lower voltage draws more amps than higher resistance at higher voltage.

1.5ohms @ 3.7V = 9.12W with 2.46A draw (almost at its maximum amperage limit)
2.5ohms @ 4.8V = 9.22W with 1.92A draw (20% less power required for same wattage output)

Wow, I just got two 1000mah Twists out of my mailbox from vaperite, and they threw in the two free lanyards with them!

These things are great, and came fully charged.

So far I've been vaping Boba's Bounty at 4.2 in a tank with a Boge 2.0. Awesome!

And some Vermillion River Red Bull in a Clear XL Dual Coil 1.5 ohm, and the flavor is outstanding!

The 1000's really aren't that big. Works fine for me. If I need a stealth vaping device, I'll just use my KGO's. But these batts are going to the top of my list. Twists are fantastic. I can see now that VV is definetely the way to go.

I haven't had any luck with Boba's in Boge cartos. Are you using anything to thin it out? Might have to give it another try.

I just make sure to soak the carto really well with Boba's on the first fill. And in the tank I punch 4 holes in the Boge 2.0 for Boba's Bounty. Workin great on the twist at around 4.2

There is a better version of the lavatube out there. In fact it was available before the lavatube was created. It was, in fact, the motivation for creating the lavatube. It is called a Provari, lol. Of course, the Provari is expensive which is why so many people hesitate to buy it. IMO, the perfect alternative for the budget conscious is the Ego Twist! I am a devout Provari user, but need something smaller on occasion. I am completely impressed with the Twist. Its functionality is nearly as good as my expensive pv, but I can hang it around my neck without feeling like I have a noose around my neck.

FYI - I have ordered from Vapors Choice. Ordered a spare Twist at their great prices and it was shipped the next day. Great service.

I also agree that my Provari is fabulous and my #1 but the Twist is an excellent alternative. The quality is very good, easy to use, inexpensive, slim, and I don't worry about taking it out of the house or losing it at that price and size.

When he gets them in, I'm going to add red and green to my collection. Some of his juice is also very yummy. French Vanilla Keoke at 24mg is my wake and vape, and his caramel apple at 10mg is my all evening vape bliss right now. Peanut Butter and Banana is unique. It's yummy, but letting my bottle steep a little to see if the banana wakes up a little more.

I know this is heresy, but I ordered a 650 Twist a couple weeks ago, and guess what? I wound up selling my brand new Provari Mini and ordered another twist as backup/spare battery to go with the original. I am completely satisfied with/by the Twist, game-changer for sure, in my opinion. Not that I'll stop buying other mods, that would be craziness, lol...
