EGO-Cartomizer Question

Just got the Ego and am very new to vaping...

I'm trying to understand if a cartomizer can be used with my EGo and if so what are the advantages of doing so?

I use a cartomizer with my eGo and it works great. The only problem I had was that the cartomizer is a bit shorter than the combo of an atomizer/cartridge, so my lips interfered with the air intake on the eGo cone which draws from the smoke tip end. Someone suggested I take the little white plastic end cap off the cartomizer and insert a blank cartridge or a drip tip. That solved the problem and it works great now. For this reason, I suggest you make sure the cartomizers you buy have the soft, removable end at the mouth end.

cartomizer holds 20-30 drops, much more than a standard cart
