I also order a bunch way back, then innokin fixed my MVP2 and it's threads and I no longer have a need. Good to have just in case though.

How did you do that? Is there a warranty, and does it cover stripped threads? Or do they have a US repair center? Thanks!

Yes, there is a warranty, but it is 3 months and you are supposed to revisit the vendor you purchased from. Unfortunately mine stripped on month 4, so I reach out to: Contact us - Best Electronic Cigarette | E Cigarette Manufacturer|Best Vape MOD| Innokin and filled out their "Innokin Quality Service Feedback Form". Within 48 hours, they replied with information on how to get my MVP2 and it's stripped threads fixed. They will provide you with a US address to send your defective device to(Electra Vapor). Electra then replaced my body(which included brand new threads) and sent me back my device within 3 days(tracking info and all). Innokin has really stepped up their support these days. Be sure to use the FORM and not the email address.

If for some reason you get stuck, one of their reps hangs out on Reddit. Not sure of the policy here, so I won't link to him, but his name is Paul(a quick search of Reddit and innokin_paul should bring up his info).

I ended up calling ljesmokes (found phone# on their website), they immediately added to stock and I was able to order. Didn't try other options as had already done this. Thanks all!
