I gave up on mine. I got tired of vaping with a paper towell in one hand. You guys should try the Go-Go
It holds 3 ml and doesn't leak a drop and no dry hits. It comes with a 1300 mah battery and the carto is the new one with the horizontal coils. I've only had it a couple of days but it is the best PV I've had and I've tried a lot of different ones.:vapor:

You should add some of the dual coil 510 cartos to your collection. I've never been in to cartos, but I think I am now. I threw away the giantomizer, but saw dual coils were a new product at madvapes, so I decided to give them a shot. I'm impressed. They hold about 2 ml or so and deliver quite a lot of vapor even at ~3.2 v on an ego battery. They really shine at 4.1 or so with a fresh battery on a mod. They take about 12 or so drags to "break in" but the moment they do, they produce a lot of vapor with great flavor and deliver it very warm.

Sure I got it from here:Go Go

Thanks T... I'll pick up a pack and try them out.

I like to use filler cartos sometimes. I had an E2 leak in my front pocket one time right before I had to give a speach in front of some people. Needless to say I was a little freaked out when I started my presentation and everyone is stareing at my crotch snickering. Never had a filler carto leak and make it look like you've ...... in your pants.

I've used CE2's since r2 but may pass on these , at least for now. 'zoi' and others brought us some good points, good tips and even though I'd like to try some I'll wait.

I will probably try some regular/clear CE2's w/ the similar wick as these; the two single strands and a box of the new clear bottom coil Kangers. I figure it's worth one box of each to try.

What is the Huge disappointment to me is the leaking.

I’m confident that out of the box, after a Cleaning and quick Dry Burn, that there is not going to be any bad tastes. And by enlarging the cup seal slots and or putting a fold of PTB in them, that wicking isn’t going to be an issue. And I’ve gotten to the point, from using E2’s, that I point my PV up slightly. So I’m about 95% sure that a Giantomizer is going to work for me.

But leaking is another story. Leaking is something that can’t really be cured. I’m going to wait until the Giantomizer R2’s come out also.

Turbo – The Fat, Dread Lock wick is a Big improvement. It doesn’t want to lay flat in the cup slots like the E2 wicks. Couple that with a larger diam tube and you have a win win.

Gotvapes.com is supposed to have a shipment coming in early next week. I think they are getting some of those Kranger Bottom Coil cartos you posted pictures about. They call them a “Vortex” carto.

Just wanted to make sure you know that the go go carto only can be use on the go go batteries. I noticed you said pic up a pac not a kit. So just wanted to make sure you knew.

Thank you for pointing that out. I didn't even notice it. I thought it was a KR808. What type of thread is it?

Go-Cartos only work on Go-Go 1300 mah batteries. They came out in December but most people like me didn't purchase them because they wouldn't work with 510 or 901 threads. I'm sorry I waited because after purchasing one I found out it was the best all around PV I've tried.

So here's a turn for the books.
I had given up on these Giantomizer because I thought the rubber taste was never going to go away.
Well after struggling through the first fill, I decided to pop off the silicon ring and give the atty a rinse under hot water. Shook it a few times and rinsed again.
Did a few presses to dry the water off.
Struggled trying to get the ring seated correctly. So I used the mouth piece to push it back in.
Filled it up with Ry4 and it's been working consistently and perfectly since. Loads of vapor, lovely flavour and wicks great.
No hint of rubber or nasty taste.
So as it stands, my impression has changed somewhat.
I'll see how long it last.

When you say you "pop off the silicon ring" do you mean the filler cap/plug? How did you do that?

I got two of the new versions and was about to throw them in the trash when I read your post. I just tried cleaning them to some success. I did get the nasty taste and not much vapor. I'm just breaking them in after cleaning, and I might also have to reserve judgment. The vapor isn't very great in the first 5 minutes, but maybe things will get better. Regardless, the nasty, unbearable taste is gone. I'm thinking right now that it's consistently getting better, so cleaning the giantomizer might be the first order of business. Thanks for your post - you just saved me some money I was going to throw away.

Edited to add: I just saved the second one also. We'll see what happens

Yep since buying a bunch of dual coil mega carts I have not looks back. I had only 3 of the giantomizer and after cleaning they worked great for a while. But I can't see myself venturing down that path again. The megas were less than $2 each and last a good 3 or 4 days without cleaning. Cheap enough to just throw out.

So I got myself a V2 model of the giantomizer, it's better then the first one which was a nightmare from the start. However theres still some issues here. The mouthpiece doesn't seem to fit the hole properly? It is really quite loose, I also think the mouthpiece on them is meant to be part of the seal given there's a small rubber circle which looks to fit over the wick? As it's so loose I doubt this is even sat right to be functioning in this way.

Ontop of this, vapour production is really quite poor. Flavours good though and I have no issue with that, but the draw on these is rather excessive. Mint have to look at the inner silicone seal as suggested by some here. 'Sigh', was hoping these would be relatively fuss free.
