I'm thinking of getting a couple of 60cc syringes and building a Really Fat tank out of an EMDCC. :D

Ummmm... a vaping model of the Seattle Space Needle!

I haven't met my quota of ignorant this month yet so I'm thinking of getting a couple of 60cc syringes and building a Really Fat Tank out of an EMDCC.

:D

 That would be one wild looking setup. However, if you build it, some will buy it. I can just visualize filling it with a garden hose. Pictures please after you get started...

That ain't ignorant. I was actually thinking of doing the same. Just been too busy watching the series and getting my guns ready to go for deer season.

So uneventful. The only thing to report about my SMOK black EMDCC is that he's starting to not draw as well after 6 weeks. Yes, all the vertical coil cartos suffer from swelling, and as they age, the filler gets more finicky and the difference between a waterlogged filler and a dry filler narrows. Can't fill them quite as much. The air passage narrows. But verticals beat the horizontals on the flavor front. The paint job shows scars from being dropped and stepped on. This one is still vaping good, he has just a hint of residual barbecue taste from when I vaped him too dry when no juice was handy. At some point I'll probably end up burning him worse, and he'll be done. So why not now? I dunno, I kind of LIKE him. So boring.

I hope I can get over and pick up a couple this week. The local tractor type store has been out of most of their syringes. Apparently a local rancher came in and bought 'em out.

I hope you can - syringe tanks with LR cartos have repaced EMDCCs for me. I'm still testing the ones VZ sent me because I said I would, but I gave all of them but a couple to the spousal unit. If I ever use up the 20 resurrectors I bought I might try them with dual coils and my wife says they look a little bizarre, but so far I think you'd have to try pretty damn hard to burn the packing in one of these things. Every hit tastes like a fresh carto so far.

Yea, I've been following the syringe tank thread. I thought from first read, I'd have to try that with an EMDCC.

What killed the idea for me is after about the first day I'd never use the thing. As someone else said it'd be kinda like vaping the space needle :D

For the first time EVER, I ran my Vaping Zone EMDCC dry this morning. It has NEVER EVER happened to me until now. It's quite foggy this morning here in McKinney, TX and there was no vapor drop at all...I suppose because of the added humidity in the air. But sure enough...dry burnt tase suddenly. I popped the tip off...yep...dry as a bone. So...lesson learned. In a high humidiy area, you may want to fill BEFORE you see the vapor production fall off.

Three days into two Vaping Zone EMDCCs from the new shipment. Still going strong as can be. Life is good again, and all is right with my world! :p

Humidity...in Texas?? Didn't think such a thing existed there anymore
I keep waiting to run mine dry too but it hasn't happened yet. These things are amazing, suck up the juice beautifully, wick beautifully and the vapor is out of this world. Only thing I don't like is the rubber tips, feel like I'm sucking on an eraser. I'd like to be able to choose the tip I use.

Yep! Humidity...not used to dealing with it. :?:

As far as tips go, I noticed Madvapes has some black or stainless tips for the Mega...still waiting for someone to come out with the really cool ones for it though.
