eGo Mega--juice to cartridge or atomizer?

Hi all,
Brand-spanking new to e cigs--after a few days of research, and wanting a beginner's kit that I could stay with for a while, I bought a Joye eGo Mega starter kit.

I've researched this forum, and have also googled and looked at youtube videos, but I can't figure out whether I need to add the e-juice I (Menthol tobacco flavored) to the pre-filled cartridge (one of five in a package that came with the starter kit, which I think came filled with PG or VG or some combination thereof) or to the atomizer.

Unfortunately, the user's manual is no help. It tells me that I need to prime the atomizer by adding a few drops of e-juice, but does not indicate in any way what to do beyond that.

I appreciate any advice about which to fill for regular vaping. Thanks much!

Hello & welcome Jadajazz

You fill the prefilled cartridges with e-liquid before they start to get dry & also drip a couple of drops of the juice directly into the atomiser.

If you have pre-filled cartridges, you don't need to add anything to them. I think you just install them and wait a tad for the juice to flow so you don't get a dry hit.

I'm thinking Christine may be right. I went back to the website that I ordered the kit from, and it says, when I click on the link "pre-filled cartridges" (that came with the kit):

"These cartridges are ready to fill with your favorite Smoke Juice."

If anyone has anything to add, I'd appreciate it. Otherwise, I'll add the juice to the cartridge.

Then they are not pre-filled carts. They are empty cartridges that have to be filled before you try to vape according to what you've posted. #4 It may be hepful to post a link to your kit and the verbage concerning it so that others can better assist.

It does sound like your cartridges aren't prefilled though from "These cartridges are ready to fill with your favorite Smoke Juice." So will need filling with juice straight away. Drip about 10 drops of juice into them until they kind of look like a slush puppie - hope folks in the USA know what I mean by that

Add juice to the cartridge. Even if they are pre-filled, they can be cleaned and reused with other juice.

When you get tired of re-filling tiny cart's You might wanna look into Tube Tanks + Cartomizers makes refilling ALOT less of a hassel.. Or theres there dripping method which alot of people prefer as well
