Hi, I've been lurking about for a few months, and have been vaping since April. I currently want to order an Ego Q, but there are so many colours to choose from that I'm having a difficult time. I'd like the Q5, but the company I'm ordering from (not the one I've linked here) doesn't offer it. Which would you choose? Do you think the Q3 would look okay with a green Vision Stardust?

well we cant tell you what you would like lol. the link is probable one of my top sites..i think 1 or 6 would look better w a green. 3 would cool with a yellow or red(but thats just me)
Honest answer is: Who cares what it looks like as long as it works. This is not a fasion statement I'ts a way to survive!!!!!!!!!!!! I get laughed at all the time and I don't really care as long as it works.

Yeah, I personally wouldn't do the Q5 with a green Stardust.
If it were me I would definitely get the Q5 but apparently I'd have to get it from somewhere else.
And I guess I'd have to get Stardusts that weren't green.

But... but... they're all so pretty! I know you guys can't choose for me. One of my failings is I'm very indecisive and once I finally picked a colour, I realized it wasn't available. I don't want to order from another site right now because I'm making a large order, am very cheap and NEED THAT FREE SHIPPING. Plus I'm in Canada, so it's hard to get the liquids that have nicotine.
My first ego was a pink twist, and I'm not a fan of pink, but it was inexpensive and my practical side was showing through. I use my second ego, a blue twist, a lot more. And I think the C3 looks cool, but also have an aversion to the colour yellow, so I don't want to pair it with a yellow Stardust.
It's a good thing I'm not so high needs in other aspects of my life.

I must admit, aesthetics are important to me. Coffee tastes better in my favourite cup. When I smoked, the whole ritual was more enjoyable if I used a particular Zippo. At work, I carry my own pen, rather than using the cheap Bic pens they provide.
I always told my kids, "It doesn't matter what cup you use," to stop bickering. But I was being totally hypocritical.

lol we like what we like and nothing can change that, I hope you find something your happy with, and no matter what you choose be glad you chose to vape, if not for you for the lil ones
Health Cabin.net has 11 colors - all in stock. But you could get more confused with more options lol. However they do have them for $13.50 in the 1100mAh and $11.99 for the 650 mAh. If it was me, I would rather get two 650's as apposed to one 1100. But that's me.
Oh and style is important! After all, you will be using it ever single day. I love my pretty eGo's and stuff, they gives me such pleasure
.P.S. the Mini Vivi Nova metal tanks look AWESOME with the eGo-Q's (don't forget a steel cone for the threads if you get a Mini Vivi).

Not the cones that cover a carto. It is just a short steel sleeve that hides the eGo outside thread, if you use a 510 carto or tank on an eGo. It is for looks, but also helps stabilize the Mini Vivi on the battery. Not used if you use a Stardust, since the Stardust has he skirt that hides the battery threads.
Throat hit is not affected by the size of the eGo-Q battery at all, since the voltage is the same (between 3.3 and 4.2 depeding on the freshness of your charge). The only difference is that the 1100mAh is much longer in physical length, and lasts longer between charges. Throat hit is affected by the resistance of your carto, the nic in your ejuice and to a lesser extent, the ratio of PG and VG. So choose low restance (LR) to increase throat hit. Also a VV battery - like the eGo Twist - will enable you to increase or decrease TH to your sweet spot.

.Ah, great information. Thanks! I'm currently using two Ego Twists - a 650 and a 900. The 900 always seems to produce better throat hit, but I guess it's just the juice I'm using - Dr. Peppa dekang in the 900 vs. Green Tea dekang in the 650.
I tried Jughead's jokesmoke on my friend's recommendation (she loves lots of vape) but frankly I'd do quite fine with no vape at all, so I gave it to her.
Someone needs to make an ecig that looks like a straw and a juice that produces no vape, so you can stick it in a cup and stealth vape all day, pretending to sip from an iced coffee or diet Coke.
