would i be able to get one of these batteries to power my 510 cartomizers? i wouldn't be able to use the cone, and i've heard that the cone totally changes the draw on atomizers, but no mention of cartomizers anywhere. anyone with one of these batteries and a 510 cartomizer care to weigh in? thanks in advance for any advice.

i've been rocking my standard 510 batts for a while now, but unfortunately they have a 7 second cutoff time, and their life before needing a recharge has begun to decline, which means i'm in the market for a new 'on the go' battery. at home i'm using one of the 5v 510 PT's and loving it :)

Another cheaper and better alternative is the Maxx batteries. They come with stainless steel buttons and will definitely not stick.

Check them out. 3 batts are going for $49.

Electronic Cigarette | Electronic Cigarettes | E-Cigarettes | E-Cigs from Smoore -

Yeah, but how much is the shipping from China?

sorry to threadjack but can you use the ego/tornado usb fast charger to charge riva batteries ?

It should work, because of the similarities, but I don't have a RIVA so I can't say for sure. I do know that it works for the Hella Tech 016 fron NHaler. Link: Hello, Good-Buy

thanks for the heads up on nhaler's cheap hello kit, i'm looking into that too :) i mainly just need a battery or 2 and the charger, as i've pretty much 100% converted to cartomizers (except for the random attys i still have around for when i wanna try out a flavor without filling up a whole carto)

EDIT: the shipping from that site is $15

Hi just wondering if the RIVa cone will screw on to maxX batteries? And will the RIVa charger fully charge maxX batteries?

Thanks,
otrpu

The Riva charger appears to charge the Maxx batteries just fine (based on my sample of 3).

As far as the cone is concerned.... my Riva cone will not fit all of my Maxx batteries.

Which 510 batts have a 7 second cutoff? I know the Joyes don't.

For the TorneGo batts, if you're looking at stocking up - this is a pretty good deal:

TORNADO E-NI-5 x Manual Battery Multi Pack

Iow, less that $14/piece plus US shipping.

I have the full eGo kit and bought 2 Riva batteries and the cones from the eGo fit the Riva battery and the Riva battery can be charged on the eGo rapid charger. I've had no problems with mine co-existing :)

they're from innovapor. i wish i'd shopped around a bit more, because i paid way too much for 2 batts, 3 atties, a usb charger, some juice (which i wound up tossing) and a case (which broke and i'd have to pay to ship it back to get it replaced via the lifetime warranty)

Wow! Things change....

Thanks for the info.

Well, I received my 900mAh batts today from HG - fully charged at around 1pm and still going strong at 9:13pm. I've hit a few other PVs today but focussing on the eGo, carrying it around outside on a roof job on the shed, mowing, etc. It seems like a bit more voltage/vapor than the regular eGo batt but no 'under load' measurement.

The extra 13mm doesn't present a size or weight/balance problem, in fact, style wise it looks a bit better - it 'de-emphasizes' the cone and imo, makes for a better 'line' rivaling the Protege in sleekness even and loses the 'stubby' aspect, which I still like as well, but if there's another clear out sale, chances are the 650mAh's will be on the list. I routinely got 6-6.5 hours of fairly heavy vaping with them and it looks like the mAh is going to hold up on the 900's.

It is the same size (with regular 510 atty and flat tip cart as a mega batt with the same equipment. The button is good, although I've never had a 'button problem' with the TorneGo but I read about them early on, on the Janty forum. The 'titatium' color is a brushed finish rather than the glossy one from TW but the TW cone fits and so the cone is more glossy but the color is about the same but looks darker without the sheen and not a problem. Just to be clear - the eGo, Tornado, Joye eGo cones fit both the 650 and 900 batts (well, the Joye eGo 900 batt anyway, and I'm assuming the Janty and TW models. The connection is exactly the same.).

Edit: Just ran out on the 900mAh eGo batt - 1pm to 11:25pm
