The Vw will adjust the voltage if the resistance of your atty changes. So you get a constant vape under atty stress.

And it takes doing the Math out of what Wattage some folks are trying to Achieve; for some reason it's important to them.

However I do agree I like the notion of just using VW because I won't have to fool around with doing the math with what resistance device I happen to use. But that won't stop me from buying a Provari which doesn't have the VW feature just yet!

Yea, personally I consider variable Wattage to be "lazy mode"
Yes, I could do the math in my head(tho square root is a pain), or reference a chart, but I mostly don't want to bother and it's been looking like VW can result in tighter vape consistency as the voltage/resistance changes

Eh, this thread was started on wishful thinking. If I have to go with something like the eVic to get VW, then I'll probably go that route some day

Give it time and a VW in a 14500 form factor may pop up. Problem there would be battery life.

But any more I'm semi-conscious of the wattage I'm at. If it tastes good and gives me good TH & vapor, then I don't even bother figuring out the wattage. But given that I use coils with very similar Ωs its pretty much ingrained in my head where to set it.

There are times where I wish I had a VW device (mostly when switching delivery systems on my provari). But then I realize I'd be buying another device, wouldn't be switching out delivery systems nearly as much, so 'set it and forget it' voltage settings would work fine.

That being said, when my Caravela goes into production I'm definitely ordering a Kick.
