Why's that? Frank and SSV2 solved the few problems I've had over the last 13 months of vaping. Above and beyond every other company I've dealt with.

One of my Go-go's periodically wouldn't fire with the first button press. After a recharge the problem went away. Give that a try before you start badmouthing CigEasy's customer service.
 
What? Have you "Smoking Guns" reached out? We have had some amazing one on one customer service..every little quirk has been dealt with......

Weeks before I placed my order with them I sent them an email with questions about the Go-Go. It took them a week to send a response and it was very "short". My last message went out to them 2 days ago. Do you think this is acceptable customer service? I run three businesses from my home and would never dream of letting an email go unanswered that long. Heck, are you OK with the fact that they have no contact phone number on their site? When commercial web sites have no phone number it speaks volumes about how dedicated they are to their customers.

Also, on this thread there are several others who have had less than positive experiences with them, including the person a few pages back who had the same problem as me and never received a response.

Who knows? Maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised.

I have to agree with you, they should be answering your emails faster than that. That would give me reason to be concerned as well. That is NOT good customer service.

I guess I just had a bad carto. Took all the stuffing out but it won't fire (it should glow, shouldn't it?). But I had 2 other cartos going all day and it was everything the members of your nation said it was. Wonderful! What a great experience! I'm glad I stumbled upon this thread. Tried to buy another one and one for my neighbor but both vendors were sold out.

Thanks again for your help and keep vaping!

Yes BCB - with no filler you certainly should be able to see the coil glow, at least after all of the moisture is bubbled off...just like if you dry burned an atty

Oh, and "having no confidence" isn't what I would consider "bad mouthing". All I was trying to illustrate was that I didn't know if I would get a replacement battery from them... I was looking for a cure for the bad button as a contingency plan.

I understand how you feel and I would have some concerns as well but I'm sure they will replace it if it is defective. I know there appear to be some communication problems but I also know they pay attention to these threads and care about their customers. We had a new member have problems with both of his batteries and Frank or someone from cigeasy called him after normal working hours and got them working. As I mentioned in the other thread they also read on here that I was sending extra 801 whistle tips I had to other members and in my last order they commended me for it and sent me a couple of extra bottles of juice which I appreciated. So I do know they care about us and want their product to work well but that being said they do need to improve the email communications.

OK, well that makes me feel better. Don't get me wrong, I'm not slamming them. I just have concerns, based on my limited experience and some comments by others. I agree I didn't think it was a slam but I had read your earlier posts when you first had the problem. I hope it starts working proper as mine did after I got a good charge on it.

They do need to work on their Email support. Even if they hire a minimum wage person to answer/reply to incomming Emails. Here's a copy of the Email I sent to them and as of now I have had no response. Maybe I'm wrong but it doesn't give me the "warm and fuzzys"...

I got my GoGo yesterday tested both batteries by pushing the button (both turned blue). I sanded the charger plastic flush and put 1 of the batteries in the charger, it flashed and went to red like it was supposed to. Then I hooked the other battery to the charger to make sure it would go into charge mode. It did so I left it in the charger and began to enjoy my new GoGo. About 2 hours later the bat in the charger turned green so I took it out and put the other bat in. All seemed well the second bat flashed and the charger turned red. About 3 hours later I had to go out so I disconnected the battery from the charger (to have a spare just in case) and left. When I got home I connected the bat I had been using and connected it to the charger to charge over night. I hooked up the fresh bat for the morning.

This morning I started vaping and all was great then about 2 hours later the bat just stopped working mid vape no flashes or anything. So I hooked it to the charger and it flashed and the charger went from green to red then it went to yellow then green within a couple minutes. I unhooked everything and made sure there was contact and nothing had gotten in the fittings. Reconnected and it did the same thing but this time it would go from red to yellow to green to red then to green. It kept doing this. So I took the bat out and clicked the button... nothing... So I clicked it about 5-10 times rapidly and all of a sudden it flashed blue and is working now.

I wonder if this is another case of "the mysterious turning button" that someone mentioned on the ecf forums.

Just got my new cartos for my gogo from nhaler and none of the 5 are working!!!! Do i need to modify them or is it time for a not so kind email to nhaler? A. they all dont work B. they are the bad once with the sticker around it not a good way to start a relationship.

I have a friend that emailed me having the same problem. I haven't checked any of my new ones being as I'm still using the first two I got with my original kit. Sounds like a battery problem but your old ones are working right?

So sorry about your carto problem. What do you think the odds are of getting 5 cartos in a row all bad? I haven't noticed any "Bad" cartos when they had the sticker around them. So far those have all worked fine. Are they "Bad" just because of the sticker? or do those not work either? I'll be very interested in getting an update when you find out what is wrong. I think the odds of 5 bad cartos in a row is a million to one. Keep us posted, friend.

I checked one of mine I just got and it has the sticker and it is working fine. Did you fill them all with juice or are they prefilled?

They are all empty. I filled up two and both do nothing and I mean nada!! I first thought its my battery but after putting one from cigeasy on it everything worked fine. I emailed the guy from nhaler and got this back.

"There is a center pin on the inside of both the battery and the cartomizer. There is a chance that this pin got pushed down. Very gently pull up on the pin for both the battery and the cartomizers. The fact is we have sold near 100 of these cartomizers and except for a couple of customers that have burnt them up there has not been one problem almost all Go-Go issues directly come from the center pin. Please let us know how you make out."

Now I need to play mac giver??? I have no clue what he is talking about and honestly don't want to work on my GoGo as all the cartos i have here are working 100% fine but all these new once are not. WHAT SHOULD I DO I AM DRIVING CRAZY here lol.
