on my last new carto (have 5 more on the way) straight out of the package, I was able to give it 20 drops until the drip occurred.

I will fill it again in the morning until I get a drip indicating its full. I'm really hoping that the issue was, priming the filler.
The only other thing i can think of is some sort of defect on the first batch i ordered.

Something is wrong if you got a drip out the bottom after only 20 drops on a new blank carto. You should get between 90-100.
Are you sure it wasn't a prefilled carto?

sorry, yes they were pre-filled carts from cigeasy, so I thought maybe because I wasn't topping them off even though they were full, that could have been part of the wicking issue. when I first started vaping, I had a janty dura and the pre-filled carts were pretty dry and were more than half empty by the time I got them. IT was a known issue that pre-filled carts sitting for long time were drying up.....thought it might be related.

I too have been pondering the syringe filling instead of dripping as that would force the liquid to be where it should without relying on gravity and dealing with air pockets.

So far so good on the current cart I'm using. I'm refilling it every day just before I sleep. If that ends up being the solution then the lesson learned is: always keep the carto full/wet and never allow it to get very low. On the other problem carts I had always let them run out of liquid before refilling.

Yeah, the only time I ran a carto dry was in the very beginning and yes it burnt. Because Go-cartos hold so much juice I use them for my go-to juices so when I'm staying with the juice I top them off every night. If I'm switching them out, I vape them halfway, then I seal up the ends, put them in small closed baggies and let them camp until I feel like that juice again. Take them out, refill and keep going. I run three G0-gos at a time, because I like to switch up my juices, so sometimes I swap out all three, sometimes just one, so I have a bunch on stand-by and yes, I do label them.

Last night I pulled out three stand-bys, VS Texas, Joogler Cappuccino & FSUSA Wyatt Earp. Rested BWB Honey Flue, AVE 555 & Joogler Choc-mint, just to give an idea. Besides that I like to drip too, either on a Go-cart with the filler removed or a box-mod, 3.7 with LR 306. A good day vaping for me is filled with lots of good juices, that way every day is a party!

I am heading to the hospital for back surgery. I just found out yesterday morning. fun, fun, fun.

So Bill survived his back surgery and will be back in full force I'm sure when he gets home tomorrow :)
Glad you're feeling better Bill!

so I'm at the end of the third day and the tell-tale signs are happening again.

Slightly rubbery taste and the sweet flavor of the juice is dissipating.

I would wager by the end of the day this cart will be vaping dry even though I have continued to fill it daily.

I pulled one of the other ones apart last night just to see if the filler had air pockets....no it had plenty of juice top to bottom. Makes no sense at all this problem.

I'm going to order some empty gocarts as someone suggested and just hope I had a bad batch. I really love this pv.

Every single one I've had has done that so far. Done the spin, the syringe, and the drip, They start tasting burnt and nowhere as good as my kr808's. Wish my adapter worked!

Update: Got my adapter to work!

Now, I'm not a Machinist, but I have worked in machine shops in my youth, but they got the tolerances all wrong on this one. I could tell just by eyeballing it that the center contact was not making the connection, so I put a sheet of 120 sandpaper on a flat tile on my kitchen counter and took approximately .5mm off the wide part of the lip. I also "gently tweezed" the ceter contact of the Go Go battery up just a nudge. Now we are firing!!! The taste is great!
Hope this helps some people, and if China is thinking about sending any "machinists" over here, please don't bother!

Okay, I'm making a critical error, and going against one of my own rules by not reading this whole thread and seeing if these questions have already been asked, but I'm doing it anyway, especially seeing as how this last page looks decidedly different than the first page in regards to current satisfaction levels.

Some history: I was kind of an early adopter. Tried a lot of early eCigs, the original 510, Sidesho, M401 Dragon, and my favorite, the Janty Kissbox, which I still use today....I like dripping on it way more than the 510, and in my years thus far, other than one manual switch, I have yet to see one part fail on it. No battery or atomizer has crapped out on me. I drip, always. The flavors on all of them have never been outstanding, but on the Kissbox it's decent, and a rum, menthol, coffee or even the 555 is discernible.

Well, I'm getting back into it after about an 18 month hiatus. I saw the eGo Tank and had to get me one, since that is EXACTLY what I've been waiting for. Cartridges SUCK. They do NOT wick worth a damn, IMHO. Dripping is where it's at. I bought the Janty eGo Tank System, a Mega T-Rex batt, some LR T-atomizers and even some cartomizers. So, what I'm asking is...........why should I get a Go-Go? I mean, besides a bigger "reservoir" in their cartomizers, how would they be any better than the eGo LR cartos? There's also the 1300 as opposed to a 1100 mAh batt, which, holy crapoli, how big is big enough? Only charging once a month? Will that satisfy everyone? Also, what's up with the varying voltage? How does one know which one is "best"?

I guess I'm wondering if it's really worth it to drop an extra $60 on this, especially since it's not as versatile as my eGo is. Can I use the Echo E cartos on my eGo? I read a thread where I could, so I ordered some, but people are using them on the Go-Go, too? How does that work? Additionally, where do you buy a Go-Go? I see them on CigEasy, but they're out of stock and nHaler is more expensive and seems less....I dunno. Website seems kind of janky. I know who BillB is, but I didn't know he had a store, even thought I saw someone bought from him.

Thanks for clearing up my absolute confusion here.

I don't think you can use Echo on the Go-go. Seeing that you have an eGo-T on the way, I would just use that and see how you like it before thinking about anything else. There are many posts comparing it to a Go-go if you're still interested later. As far as I know BillB doesn't have a store but brought in some steel Go-gos which he sold/is selling.

I should note......I'm in Afghanistan, so I still haven't received my eGo-T yet, but I should have it in about two weeks. So excited for it, even though it makes me wonder if sucking on this Janty Kissbox will look foolish in the future.

The biggest thing about gogo is the horizontal coil cartomizers. Batteries are just........well.........batteries. It always boils down to the delivery system. The carto is the delivery system. With what you have said, I wouldn't bother getting a gogo for your needs. I'd just go with the echo-e cartomizers that will fit your 510 connections. Echo-e has the horizontal coil technology and supposedly will last for many, many refills. Stay safe in Afghanistan.

Thanks, mohawkx. Like you said, I hear people raving about the horizontal coil atomizers, which is why I couldn't understand why they would be "SO" much better than the Echo E cartos. I've always dripped and never tried cartos or tanks, but I've never found flavor to be "amazing" in any of my ejuice, either. Adequate is a better descriptor.

The Mega T-Rex is 1100, which in and of itself seems to be overkill (which is why I'm not worried about lack of a 1300), but the lighted ring is cool, and I'll admit, I'm an ecig fashion junkie. :D

Meh, Afghanistan is......not so terrible. Spent almost 4 years in Iraq, which was "worse" I guess, but I have one of those cush intel office jobs, anyway.
