Just to add that am using the Ego-tank atty on a 650mAh Ego Std battery and no leaks so far.
Previously, encountered leaks on Ego Std and Ego-T (1000 mAh) batteries.
After refilling with syringe and and loosely tightening the atty to batt, leaks stopped.

Actually, ur leaks...Where is it leaking from??Battery side?Or cart to atty connection side?

1. Cart to atty - all sides
2. Atty to batt - all sides

Which means i quite lucky for now, dont have those u mention as long as i dun pull out the cart and place it back..Anyway, did u happen to notice the shape of the metal plate just behind the wicking part?

You mean the plate with 2 sides straight and 2 sides rounded?
If that's what you meant then yes. I always align the sides of the cart to the sides of the plate.
That's what one YT video recommended. But still didnt work.

I'm doing that now and it's working ok so far on my 1000mah battery..Already mod 2 carts, see how it goes later if nt tmr...

Just curious, how long does a tank last you? Mine finished within 1 hour of constant vaping. not sure if it is leaking or wat. buit after no liquid left in tank liao still can vape for quite some time.

Edit: my application for private group is still pending approval.

For me, 1 tank last me about 1 day.....
All depends how you vape.....if u take long drags & chain-vape, quite possible tank will be emptied within 1 hr.
I usually do 2-3sec drags

I did'nt screw the atty tight , left some allowance.
Till nw no leaking ...

So far so good for my Ego tank....

Even for new carts, I will not remove the caps.
I just puncture a hole with the syringe, fill up with juice then cap it with the condom.

Why nt just pull out the top cap for those new carts and use the 10ml bottle to drip in before covering back..

hahaha.....i have a phobia about removing the top-cap as constant removal of the cap may 'loosen' it and could potentially lead to leakages. Anyway, that's my philisophy; to each his own ba.... Using the syringe makes me feel like I'm a doctor ma...poke here; poke there lolx

I just discovered this ytd after washing my tank atty..

Dont fill up totally, i left around 30% gap from the top, vape until tank is dry and also until got burn taste..After that fill up to 70% then can continue..Works for me, i hand tighten my battery..No leaks even when it's rolling around in my motorcycle box..

The tanks are not build to last forever. I refill so many times and no leak. But if I find that it starts to stink or if I drop, I will change new one. Anyway is very cheap.
