I just purchased atties and tanks from Cignot. You just can't beat their customer service. Literally 10 minutes later and I've got a tracking number. I get almost all my hardware from them.
Just to clarify, are you saying that the TW Tornado, the eGo tank and the Volcano Inferno are all the same make and model? They are just renamed and sold at these different companies?
Just so you know, the tanks themselves from TW are half black and half frosty clear. When inserted all the way in you cannot see the liquid. I do not know if pulling on and off to check level or to top off will cause the hole to weaken and leak, but it is something to consider. I did not see a choice in getting an all frosty clear or a blueish tinted clear so I got what I got. FWIW I liked the idea of having an all clearish tank so levels can be seen. My next order will be for an all clearish of somekind from another source. TW is a good company and it shipped quickly. I actually got mine yesterday so I can not speak for the leaking possiblity, but do not rule it out. I belive the less amount of pulling on and off the better. Maybe the vendors will offer some caps as an extra. I can see that wearing out before the tank it self.

Sure, price is important, but Vicki at Cignot responds to concerns and questions FAST, and you get fast shipping. In my experience, you can count on her to stand behind what she sells (as for leaking, these folks are resellers, the tanks aren't made by lots of different producers so I would assume you have the same chance of getting a leaky tank from whatever vendor you choose).
