Hey guys, I've had my eVic for about a month now.. When I first got it, I screwed one of my T2's on and it worked, but had an incredibly tight drag because the eVic's threads were blocking the air-holes. Loosening the clearo a tad freed up the drag a bit, but I never had this problem with my other batteries (Spinners, Ego's, etc..). So a week or 2 later I purchased a "510-to-Ego" adaptor to solve the problem, as well as an eVod because I've been wanting to try one of those out or the new T3S/MT3S
Now for some reason, if I'm not using the little Ego-adaptor, my T2's and eVod aren't even recognized by the device, even when fully screwed down ("Atomizer Not Found").. This doesn't seem good
.... My question is, do all of you eVic-owners who use Ego-Threaded Devices (T2, T3, eVod, etc..) have to use a 510-to-Ego adaptor with the devices for them to function properly?? I know some of you use 510-to-510 adaptors on any mod/battery to save you from any threading damage.. Thanks in advance (crxess lol)!
