Hello everyone, I have an ego twist 650mah. It has worked well for a few months now, but last night the button just dropped out while I was taking a toot. It wasnt dropped, banged or anything, it just broke. The button stayed engaged so I had to give it a slap into my hand to free it. Ever since it has been sunk below the collar surface, however it still works. It doesnt give a click feel anylonger, its just mushy but lights up and fires the battery. I decided to take it apart hoping I would find the obvious problem/ broken piece, but everything still looked ok. My only guess is that the semi-circle U shaped brace that the board rests in may have broken loose. There isnt much room to add a filler, and still get the collar pressed in, so I wasnt sure what to do. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how did you fix it?

Had this happen to my twist. Mine from dropping square on a concrete floor(miraculously it was square on the twist knob) and the knob functions perfectly buy the button became recessed in the process. I bought an LT :) Sorry, I am no help I figured since mine still fired, would become a great backup. And that she is!!!! But I used it as an op to get a larger more powerful vv mod. Now I have dived into mechanicals... So sorry for hijacking, just can relate. Good luck!

I just purchased two twist 650 mah batteries and the problem I have had is the buttons on both of them will stick while in the "on" position. So far they have gone off on their own after about 8 seconds or so. I just sent them back today.

Before when I have gotten joye ego batteries and problems started with the button on the device, it wasn't long until they died.

This wasn't any help either but thought I would share anyway. Good luck with your battery.
