900mah brand new joyetech twist with duel coil 1.5 cart, run at about 4 volts. my dad can only get 5 hours of life from it. I have a 650mahtwist i run at 4.2v with 2.0 omh 306 atty and can get 20 hrs out of it. Is there a issue with his batt?

Sounds like he may be a heavier vaper and the dual coil probably doesn't help too much. I can't believe you get 20 hours out of a 650. That's amazing.

I get 2days on my 900mah ego k, never thought it was that odd lol. He is a bit heavier than me just didn't think it would impact it that much. Thanks for replay.

The low ohms of the cart, dual coil, and higher voltage than a standard 650 batt is what's causing it to drain quicker.
Not much point in using 1.5ohm carts on a vv device IMHO. Better to go w higher ohms and and voltage in terms of battery life.

I have an ego twist 1000mah. The resistance of my t2 is 2.4. I get 12-16 hours out of it vaping alot.

I have read somewhere that the LR cart can drain you battery.

Same for me, my 1000mah lasts me all day and night and i vape around 3ml or more since i'm new to vaping or i like the jitters i get from the ultra high nic content lol. It sounds like his battery was defective or more than likey that low resistance atty did some serious damage to it

Did you say dual coil? that could also be the issue. there is supposed to be a voltage cut off for dual coils on an ego twist for safety issues that i'm not too hip to but i've heard a few on youtube talk about it being a bad idea to use that set up ( grimmgreen and pbusardo to name a couple )

Yeah he uses NR atty's and still he can't make it passed 6 hours. He has given up oh making it last . He only used the duel coil once and has been using other since I don't think he could have killed it that fast.

He used it on there once. thing is he can use his duel coil on his normal ego 650 mahs and they last him quite awhile been using them for almost 3 weeks now.
