Hi! I just bought bought the Joye eGo. I want cartomizers to go with that, and I was looking at the ones on Nhaler.com. They have the 510 cartos and the 510 mega cartos. If I get the megas, do I need a specal adaptor or battery, or anything else? Thanks!

I don't think you need an adapter they should fit just like the regular's though someone else with more experience with these may chime in, I sometimes use the regular carto's on mine so I'm assuming the megas will work too.
Hey Pinkdove i'm in the same boat as you... Actually i'm still trying to find the difference between the regular 510 cartos and the Mega ones... :-/ Better performance? More juice capacity?? Trying to figure that out now searching the boards with no luck by the time...
Nhaler has 510 mega cartos which is the same diameter as a regular 510 battery (or mega battery) but not the eGo battery. The carto is a bit longer than most cartomizers, hence 'mega'. They are a tad larger in diameter than the atomizer and that makes the cone of the eGo too tight. I got a few extra cones and used a taper die to ream them out so the gap is the same as with an atomizer. OR you can just not use the cone with the cartomizer. Also drip tips are nice with this carto (or another carto with a better ohm rating. This one (mega) is 3.4 which is weak for an eGo batt). Try Provapes for their LR cartomizers for the 510.
The NEW mega eGo cartomizers are much different. They are the diameter of an eGo battery. Don't think Drew has them yet at nhaler but they can be had a cignot, heaven gifts, Totally Wicked and likely Janty if they're in stock. Here's cignot:

Thanks Kent! I just bought a 5-pack LR 510 Cartomizers from CloudsOfVapor and a 5-pack of the regular ones from BB too just to try em for the first time. I did not know there were Mega 510 cartos availables and by what you said i can tell those can carry a bit more juice being larger right?? I noticed the new eGo/Tornado cartos but i don't think i want to be carrying a syringe everywhere i go for refills... What do you think?
I have a few going - one on a Bartleby mod, but the mega eGo atty/cart combo is the same volume - they're huge! ....so easier to refill but see this on the carto:

Kent you are the man! There's a lot of info there for me to digest now, i'll wait for my order to come home and play with 'em and my new Tornado before taking the next steps for those Mega atty/cart or Mega cartomizers! Thanks so much for your help.
You're welcome! And yeah, you won't need those mega eGo cartoz/attys/carts yet and when you get around to it, perhaps adding a few more batteries as well - the 900mAh batt is only 13ml longer than the 650mAh (whereas the 1000mAh is about an inch longer and you only get an hour more), and your best bet would be to go to heaven gifts and build up an order that justifies the higher shipping costs - about $7 more than US shipping. Get a few extra cones in case you want to use 'regular cartos' as they are a tad wider in diameter to where the cone will cut off airflow and you need to ream out a cone for use with those cartomizers. After that, start asking why the different ohms in attys and cartoz make a difference
See my note above to 'lrers' - those are not the mega eGo cartoz at nhaler. And you might need either a syringe or better, imo, a needle tip bottle to fill the mega eGo carto.

Remove the middle cap. I keep the mouth piece cap on and just put the needle tip through the center hole in the mouthpiece and through the sealed hole and squeeze. No removing anything after the initial fill.
If you got a five pack, I'm guessing you could recover your money in classifieds or put them on the pay it forward thread before trashing them but if you follow the above you should be good to go.

Really makes things go much better. Let us know how it works out. Again, the atty/cart is probably the better set up but the needle tip bottle really helps the carto.
