I ordered mine Friday morning at 7:00 am, still no notice of shipping so I emailed this morning & waiting to hear back.

I'm guessing that they've probably had a lot of orders, as there seems to be a great deal of interest in this tank. It might take them a bit to get all the orders out.

Vince from Eciggity responded back to me via email, excellent customer service. The order was shipped but somehow my email wasn't on the order to let me know. I'm glad they shipped it & didn't hold it up.

Yep, they have great customer service. I've used them a few times already but will try to do a little more business with them after this experience.

Mine goes to the same website and when I scroll down it says "not found". Should be able to copy and paste the LZ tracking number into usps too.

lately i have had to use 17 track for all my china orders no matter the vendor. Canada post just doesn't show orders from china anymore, atleast on my end.... dunno bout USPS though.
