Well Eciggity sure is fast.

Spare O-rings, grubs and a .2 Ni200 build. I'm going to guess it's 28gauge.

Preinstalled .5 build is 3.5mm diameter, I'm going to guess 20 or 22 gauge. Not sure if it's Kanthal or Nichrome. OC in both supplied builds.

And here it is with 24G Ni200, 4mm diameter, 12 wraps .08. Next time I'll probably use 10 wraps and 26G.

Not even one tank through it yet. You can unscrew the tank at the bottom a bit so the wick channels line up with the JFC slots. Seems to be wicking my 100VG this way. Otherwise I do get an air bubble embolism.

I did smell the tank before an everclear wash and it did smell, though not the same or as bad as typical. Smooth operating JFC, AFC, tank threads, top fill.

One thing I would like to see is a raised oblong air hole on the deck instead of round to match a longer coil this deck can accommodate, same with the Taifun, but it is also raised which is good. Almost a Taifun like vape experience with restrictive AFC, sustains 22W @ 360F with this build, needs a different build to sustain more power in TP. Probably lighter gauge, maybe smaller 3.5mm diameter like stock and fewer wraps. Definitely not getting the flavor density of a Rose even with AFC almost closed. The juice channels on the deck are larger than a Taifun or Rose but the slots in the JFC don't match. I will probably throw the chimney JFC on the milling machine at some point to open up the juice slots on the JFC to better match the larger juice channels on the deck. So far no leaks and love the easy JFC and fill.

I have a tendency to not like something when I first get it, takes me a little to find my stride with it but so far the Bachelor is pretty nice. If I had to choose I'd say with the stock coils in either unit the Serpent is the winner in all areas for me. The juice & air controls are a little loose in the Bachelor, not sloppy but loose like I may inadvertently turn them while using while the Serpent feels tight & precise. The flavor is better on the Serpent but it's a twisted stock coil vs round wire plus I have that new cotton taste going on right now.

The build quality is great, nice machine work & quality materials in the Bachelor. The deck is simple to build, the stock coil is a 3.5mm I believe. I pulled it out to clean the rest of the tank in my ultrasonic cleaner & then dropped the bit from my Coil master in there at 3.5mm. The airflow is good, a little tighter than the Serpent but not much. The top fill with juice control works excellent, perfect size for a glass dropper & not even a drop of sweat around the airflow holes. Overall I think this tank is a winner, it may be a close second to the Serpent for me but I'm definitely glad I got it. It's been a great two weeks for me back in tank land. First the Bellus, then the Serpent & now the Bachelor. I've been squonking less & less so for me that's saying something. In other words you guy's are going to love it once you get it!

Just received mine that ordered Friday morning from Eciggity. No clue how they get something from Hawaii to NH literally across the country plus in two days but huge thumbs up once again.

Please post your first build, Mister Fish! :nun:

ETA: Too late, never mind.

Thanks for the comments. I have Serpent and Bellus as well, and so far like the Serpent best. Still not sure I'd go for this. Have a Hotcig Train coming in and want to see how that goes with single coil before considering Bachelor again.

This build is working better at 24-26W 360F, 26G Ni200, 8 wraps 3.5mm diameter, spread more in the middle, .08ohm.
IMG_5122.jpg

Bottom rotated so juice channel wick ends line up with JFC slots and AFC closed down.

Also able to screw base off and do a rebuild without having to empty tank. I don't find the AFC or JFC to be too tight or too loose. Just right for my tastes very smooth.

Anyone know how the base comes apart?

lately i have had to use 17 track for all my china orders no matter the vendor. Canada post just doesn't show orders from china anymore, atleast on my end.... dunno bout USPS though.
I have the same issue. Since we lost epacket, nothing tracks properly.

kinda sucks.... I have a few orders out there, 17track tells you when it hits Canada but nothing after that!
I am waiting on 5 orders placed as early as 12/29. Thought that I would send them thru the different channels to see what works best. So far, none of them work!!!

OK, haven't even drained the tank yet. Running the stock .5 ohm coil at 30 watts Zander I've gotta say man!! The favor coming out of this tank is AMAZING

Airflow is right where I like it. A tad tighter than my lemo 2's, about the same as my subtanks with a twisted kanthal build. So far.... Im loving it.
