im guessing his is an older version in this video but it looks like his top fill isnt a disk but its solid SS with o-rings.

Mad,
I don't think that is an older version but more of the original units they sent out to reviewers. Most of the reviews I have seen are the style you are talking about.
I wish the production units were like the protos.

got a bachelor on the way with some 26g 316L and was wondering what size builds you are doing with this wire?

I'm 9-wrapping my 26g 316L @3mm ID, with 9mm legs. It comes in just under 0.7ohms, and I run it at 26W in temp control (380F). I'm thinking of adding a wrap (10 total) next time; I get the occasional pop on long draws, and I'd like to chase that away.

Lost the chamber seal maybe.
You mean the one just at the bottom of the chimney on the inside above the deck...nope, shes there and i reseated it to make sure its positioned properly

Ive wicked it that many times, made sure the wick isnt touching the 2 little holes...all the stuff ive seen on here besides doing the wick tucked inside cup trick...still she leaks...

I am having identical issues. Hope to play with it some more over the weekend.

Try the wick inside the cup trick. Before I started doing this I had leaks and dry hits. Don't know why it works but it does for me at least.

Don't even know how it would leak through the wick area. Is it flooding into the well below or around the outside?

If it's weeping around the air control ring you may need to change the upper base oring seal. It's easily damaged especially when brand new and dry.

The Bachelor required the most pre-lubrication of any RTA that I have ever dealt with. Most, I don't even bother with and they do fine. Once I saturated a q-tip and rubbed the o-rings, things got a lot better.

The problem, for me, was juice leaking behind the airflow control ring and not a huge amount either. I made sure the bottom piece was tight at first, then reviewed the wicking. I just wasn't used to that much pre-lubrication. Anyway, finally I SLATHERED it on the o-rings around the wicking well, put it all together and wiped the outside down with rubbing alcohol. I get minimal, if any, now.

I think it is just something that is characteristic of the Bachelor.

Even after changing the chimney seal and doing the vaccum test you can hear air leaking into it

If i vape it, i get half a dozen toots and then juice everywhere

I guess this will be yet another tank getting a return....

So far in the last 4 months ive returned:

* 1 Crown Tank - never worked - bad coils that would last 3 days if lucky/terrible RBA
* 1 Kaees Landmark - leaked like a sieve - jfc ring immoveable without pliers, sharp edge that opened my finger up

Dear Vape Gear Manufacturers, please make gear that people can open the box and use that meet your claims.

Emailed my friend who has a collection of Lemo 2's (my main tank) to buy one of his spares, at least they actually work reliably.....mine had never leaked or had a bad day in its life, since the day i bought it when it was released.

So reliable tanks can be made...

I have just tried juice in the tank, jfc closed, airflow closed, fingers over the airflow slots and pulling a vaccuum...air bubbles, juice level drop, and leaks....oring in the chimney failure?? damn thing looks just fine (and lubed from the moment i set the tank up)

where did you get it from?

Air sucks in around the air control ring. It's not completely sealed.

The wick must fill the slots if your having leaking issues. What coil and wick are you using.

Does it flood the deck then fill the bottom reservoir. or weep through the outside seals and seem to seep out the air ring. Where does the juice go.

Are you possibly missing the oring on the air tube where it connects to chimney. Is the top seal in place.

I dont see how it can leak with the juice control closed completely. Maybe set it up full with jc closed see if it leaks after a day or so. If it does I'd say there is a problem with it.
