Sorry man, I've been swamped this week. Moving and trying to finish up a freelance project has sucked all my time lately.
Typical use during a workday, she lasts me about 6-7 hours. About 4 if I'm chain vaping. I think I'm going to ty a new build tomorrow. My sweet spot is definitely around .5 Ohm's.
Put in a different build tonight. Took some shots. SS316L/26G/12wrap/3mmID slightly spaced(I usually do contact coils).

Looking at trying something different in my bachelor. I want to put a simple 24 gauge kanthal or 26 gauge nichrome coil in it. Any suggestions for number of wraps, inner diameter and ohms?

Just finished throwing a 3mm ID, 24g .5 ohm spaced build in mine, and I think I've found my sweet spot for now. Definitely not a cloud chasing build, but the flavor is awesome. Definitely my best yet!
I was going to do a SS, 3mm ID, either 24 or 26g today in my new one. Not sure on the wraps yet, but whatever gets me a reasonable length for spacing the leads appropriately.

I use 10 wraps spaced 26g SS comes out to .7 ohms. That has become my go to build. Awesome in power or TC mode

I tried a parallel 26g, ss 3.5mm but it was too springy. I should have burned it first. I'm definitely going to try it again at some point.

@fishwater, that build puts out that dense vapor! Not klowdz comp but dense-flavor.
i may have missed this but....what leg length do you input to steam engine with this deck?

@dodari, the cold coil read as 1.04resistance. Because it's stainless steel, it will change when it heats. I use it in regular power mode.

Just ordered some SS316 in 24, 26 and 28 gauge from vapenw.com to try out (as well as a Wismec Presa 75w for $30). I guess I'll wait until it shows up to rebuild my Bachelor. Thanks for all the input!
FWIW, I find the 28awg UD SS316L wire really thin, almost like it's 30awg making it really hard to work with or get good resistance readings BUT I've had a lot of success running it twisted. Right now I'm running a dual coil twisted 28awg SS build in the Griffin & it rocks.
