This is about where I would build also. I'm interested in this tank as a loose MTL, above ohm flavor vape.
Curious to know how long a tank full lasts you in that config.
I tried a parallel 26g, ss 3.5mm but it was too springy. I should have burned it first. I'm definitely going to try it again at some point.Looking at trying something different in my bachelor. I want to put a simple 24 gauge kanthal or 26 gauge nichrome coil in it. Any suggestions for number of wraps, inner diameter and ohms?
Or has anyone tried a parallel coil yet?
Do it! The best part about this deck is you can fit a nice sized coil in there for surface area. I'm in love.I was going to do a SS, 3mm ID, either 24 or 26g today in my new one. Not sure on the wraps yet, but whatever gets me a reasonable length for spacing the leads appropriately.
The beauty of regulated mods. Wraps, resistance, it doesn't matter.
Put in a different build tonight. Took some shots. SS316L/26G/12wrap/3mmID slightly spaced(I usually do contact coils).

This in 316L hit the nail on the head.I use 10 wraps spaced 26g SS comes out to .7 ohms. That has become my go to build. Awesome in power or TC mode

FWIW, I find the 28awg UD SS316L wire really thin, almost like it's 30awg making it really hard to work with or get good resistance readings BUT I've had a lot of success running it twisted. Right now I'm running a dual coil twisted 28awg SS build in the Griffin & it rocks.
