I just ordered one of these from another site.. it came to 51 dollars with a bottle of juice and shipping. I enjoy cartos.. I like the juicy wet kind of vapor you get from a good carto in a tank. I was going to get the russian 91 percent, but no one seems to have it so I got this. After reading this thread .. Im not sure I am going to like it now. i might just return the thing when I get it. i don't do lung inhales or anything like that so I don't like airy draws.

what do you guys think? Someone who is looking for something that performs like a carto.. Do you think I should just return it and wait for the russian 91.. or keep it and tinker with it till it works ?

regards

Right now my only complaint is the small screw heads. The threads were pretty crunchy in the beginning. But now after playing around with it for a while they are pretty smooth. The airy draw I got used to. The vape is very warm with the airy draw....if the draw was much tighter it would be down right hot. Since I use 28g wire I have hard time catching the wire with these ridiculously small screws. If anyone finds good replacement screws please let us know.

I figured maybe we are doing this all wrong and the screws were meant to go into the side holes of the deck. I tried this and it worked like a dream...very easy set up. Basically the wires go through the top of the deck and when you tighten the screw from the sides they catch the wire. But there was one big problem.... the chimney wouldn't fit back on if you inserted the screws from the side. SO that idea went down the drain...lol. I don't get what those side holes are for.

maybe the extra holes could be for dual coils? not really sure. I guess one could make another coil mounted there and bend it up over the airhole next to the top coil?

Not possible actually - screws on other threads (not on top) will make short to chimney. And I on my Kayfun 3.1 can't even screw d chimney on it place! Sadly....
But anyway it's possible to make dual coil setup:
