Take a paper clip or other similar sized bit of metal. Put in airflow hole on side of base. Turn the adjustable center pin until the paper clip moves when it lines up with the hole in the center pin. Typically it lines up when the slot in the 510 connector lines up with the airflow adjustment screw. Should fix the whistle.

Many Kayfuns can't have their center pin adjusted because it loosens the positive block on the deck. I can't even think about turning the pins on my EHPro KFL+ v2 because as soon as starts to turn the positive block starts to turn.

I apologize for budding in here with unrelated issue, but can anyone help with the whistle sound im getting, It doesn't bother me that much but my wife is super annoyed with that noise and I have to admit, it's annoying.

Ask her if it's more or less annoying than smelling and tasting like an ashtray.

I've heard of using a slightly larger drill on the air hole to bevel the edge to make smother air flow. I can't move my 510 pin either to get lined up else the block will loosen.

I believe others are right about the kayfun V2 + even if you loosen that 510 pin a wisker, you run the risk of shorting out the positive block, however my black russian clone does the same thing and I will try this thanks!

Also I will try the beveled edge trick for my wife's kayfun thank you Xaviour.

I found holding the positive and negative block with a pare of plires keep the positive block straight when I tightened the 510 pin and was able to get the air hole lined up correctly finally.

Glad to hear you got it adjusted properly. That is the drawback to clones, the lack of quality control and care of assembly. Still not a difficult fix, just a bit tricky.
