I was just going to ask about this again hoping that someone could shed some light on what nano kit would work. Or if someone changed their top cap to get the nano kit to work.

I'm not sure I know the answer to this.

I have some EHPro kits that work with a nano kit, and others that don't. All of them are KFL+ v2. One thing I do know is that even with the kits that don't work with the standard top cap, DO work when I use the Nano SS2 top cap.

The top cap of the gen 2 EHPro is actually really well thought out by protruding the ring down and putting the o-ring inside of that protrusion so it does not come out all of the time... But this design makes it a no go for a the nano kits.

That makes sense.

I wonder if the EHPro Nano kit works with their new caps.

Has anyone used the plastic tank parts this comes with using citrus or berry juices? (tank crackers) Curious if this plastic will hold up at all.

I DESTROYED my big clear section by vaping a juice I made with "Absinthe" concentrate (Anise essential oil) in it. Destroyed. 20 cracks and a corroded inner surface withing 10 hours.

I hadn't considered it, as In my head it was only the redhots and citrus juices that were a problem.

Like I said on the first page: the only way it could be better is if it had pyrex sections instead of plastic.

That's what I noticed when I tried to use the nano kit(and EHPro get a thumbs up on this). I was think/hoping that someone knew of a nano kit that had addressed this by adjusting the top of the chimney.

So with this in mind, I should be able to use something like a Reaper Mods, Nova or Orion top cap with the nano kit? Or even use one of the new quartz nano kits as long as I change from the original EHPro top cap? I just like to change things up every once in awhile.

The acetic nature of the extracts will make it a no go with just about every kind of plastic. Some will crack, and some will distort and mottle. You won't find one that doesn't. You may want to upgrade to a quartz kit or find another tank system that is similar to the Kayfun but uses pyrex. The Winsmoke Squape and the the Fogger v4 leap to mind.

I just got a new one from Infinite that includes the Nano set up right off. Huge bonus.

I like this set up a lot, they really reduced the height of the top cap which makes the nano body pop that much more. They use the same gen 2 inside top cap design but recessed it slightly to address the top chimney pipe nub needing to go somewhere.

    Very well thought out.

Quick question about this clone, mine being the one from ebay link near the beginning of this thread. Is there any way to make it easier to disassemble ?(unscrew the parts) Every time I want to take it apart to rewhick or recoil I feel like it requires super human strength...Is there anything I can put on the threads or o'rings to make it easier?

I imagine you could grease the threads with anything you want - I'd just make sure it's non toxic. The other answer is to not screw them too tightly when you assemble - especially on the clear sections, whose plastic threading can cross if you tighten too much.

Quick question. Just received the EHpro from eBay and after setting it up = flood city. Is there an oring for the chimney? I watched a video of someone building it and didn't notice an oring

If you continue to have trouble, post pics of your build - there aren't any o-rings except on the tank sections - is possibly a wick/coil placement issue

    should look something like this.

There has to be an o-ring where the chimney goes through the top cap, too. Otherwise yes it will be major leak city.

I too asked the same question. It's got that groove milled into it like there should be one. I'd guess it was designed to have one but testing before it was ever released showed it wasn't needed but the machining was never changed.
