Same here -- i have to have some noise or I am up all night! Fortunately they make "Sound Spas" with about a dozen sound choices - from ocean waves to chirping crickets to babbling brooks. I think we have talked about this before a few times -- I see none of our remedies have much of a lasting effect!
I had an accident this morning with the new GS tank. It fell out of my pocket while still attached to the istick. It didn't break but the base was bent. Blowed the coil too! I managed to get the base back in the proper position but it still wouldn't work. Put a new coil in it and it works like a champ!

Nanny, I started meditating before I go to bed and that has helped me tremendously with those voices in my head. But I know that's not for everyone.

Nanny, I was over at DD's place on Halloween and she was WIDE awake for the longest time. She was just laying there in my arms, eyes wide open, the whole time. I swear it was like 30 minutes. No fussing or anything. It was so great. OMG! I can't stop gushing. The capacity for love that the human heart has amazes me.
