I wrapped some claptons up a few months ago. Not even close for tootling. They take a long time to ramp up if you're not hitting them with 50W+. My twisted 30g takes long enough to ramp up.

I've never tried pre-made clapton wire. I know UD distributes some. I'm sure there are others.

Bought 2 GS-Tanks and a couple 1.5Ω coil packs for a 6 month new vaper at a BF sale.

She's MTL and, so far, likes 7-11Watts.

She says she's "happy" with 12mg. nicotine in her T3S's and Cartotanks...but can only "handle" 6mg. nicotine in her BVC Nautilus's.

What nicotine mg. would be "best" for her to start with in her GS-Tanks?

All built with coils from 1.2 - 2.0 ohms and using 12 mg juice

Compare with these I currently use

Gs tanks 1.2 coils @ 14 watts and 12 mg juoce
Nautilus and mini with 1.6 or 1.8 coils @ 12.5 watts and 12 mg juice
Subtank nano 1.2 coil and 6mg juice

Got a load of 12 mg juice ordered, beginning to worry It may be stronger than where I am at now and I may need to cut the jiice down to 9 or even 6mg.

As you can see I went a bit mad on the vape purchases lately!

If you build those RBAs in the 1-1.3Ω range, I would expect them to be similar to the ST Nano. The KFL+ will deliver slightly less with its reduced airflow. Your 6mg should be fine. But expect to vape them similarly to your STn. Many users of RDAs vape at 3mg.

It has been posted that filling the tank with 91% isopropyl alcohol or boiling water will allow the
Air tanks to be disassembled. some sort of adhesive or silicone was applied to the threads on the
interior of the tank to prevent taking it apart. Manufacturer must have figured for the price point,
they were disposable.

Yes I think especially for the rda's the 12mg will be too high. Might be ok on the kayfun providing I don't chain vape.

Going to have to cut the 12mg down with some pg and vg, fortunately I bought with extra extract so some flavour will remain!

Just one question - the snapdragon and Freakshow are know more as flavour tanks, rather than cloud tanks, additionally I am building higher resistance and not sub-ohm coils...was kind of hoping this would enable vaping of 9mg if not 12mg...or ought I still expect a subtank nano level of vapour - which I have to admit would be too much in 12mg.

You could also try translucent hair braiding bands (itty bitty ones that little girls use for braiding their hair). They come in many colors, too, but I prefer the invisible ones.

why not adjust the voltage/wattage down? i have not lowered my nic intake by much and maybe i'm doing it wrong but when a tank provides more of a hit than i want i adjust the power instead of the nic level.
