The 'Burgh, PA.
I have lost all the thrill of 'chasing' vape-gear (for me)
I've put together my ideal set up and I am content...
I have even found myself carrying only a single device due to the fact it/they are so dependable...
dare I say - it's like how smoking was - carry a pac & a lighter o_O (simplicity)

Hey pufZ...you didn't mention...what IS your "ideal set up"???

..

the TC60, w/ eGo ONE Mega ($45)

the all day sucker…
so the TC60w – SS/springy w/3000mah
eGo ONE mega w/ CLR homemade coils (SS/rayon)
add a silicone case, lanyard, & silicone tank band (all in black)
close to indestructible as I can configure...
rollin’ @ 8-12w , on 1.2Ω-1.6Ω , w/ 4ml-18mg-90%VG~ covers most of one day for me...

- - - - -

trying to make one ‘as bullet-proof’ as I can, this is what I came up with…

bought a subtank mini, added a plastic bell cap (unbreakable) got a soft rubber drip tip
put that together then,
installed it on a fresh new TC60W istick with a sweet silicone sleeve…
/ if shot at, bullets bounce off me…
/ car plunged off a 200’ rocky cliff, only thing that survived was the TC60 mod...
/ skydiving, shute didn’t open... (well you get it)

Has anyone got their GS-Tank fully apart like the M and MS?

I just tried one of mine and it wont budge.

I believe the glue/silicone holding it together takes some time to fail.
I haven't but if you drop it on a concrete floor the tank won't break but the airflow will separate from the bottom. Twice on 2 different tanks. I think that's why the airflow isn't right on my GS tanks.

I've had an original GS Air and a GS Air M come apart spontaneously.
Whatever sealant they use on the internal threads holds pretty good!

Same here for a couple of M's last summer. The adhesive 'solvent' seemed to have been
temperatures in the nineties, maybe mixed with a little serious gardening sweat.

It becomes a mess waiting to happen when they are able to come apart.
Mine tend to unscrew at the internal threads easier than the bottom base once they are able to come apart.
The UC might be responsible for the sealant giving way in mine, as I avoid hard work.

Naw...it's just that in your climate sweat evaporates too fast to do any harm.
