Really? Why is it your favorite? Just curious, because that's the only one I don't have--for some odd reason...
Good evening, Ms. Birdie.

Process of elimination? Habit? Irrational prejudice?

OK. Ms is too small, vapes hot for my taste. Original Air is fine, but for capacity and the afc. tank is a the best looking, but capacity is a little light. I guess I'm just comfortable with the M. All except the Ms give me a pleasing vape, and I use and like them all. The ideal, for me, would be a GS-tank the height of the M. That would combine the good looks, fine afc, easy fill of the tank with about a 5 ml capacity.*

*It would, of course, have moon disks, racing stripes, and a good fm receiver and latte dispenser. Edit: ...and a hummingbird feeder, at least as an option.

Hey airheads! Just curious how you all clean your tanks out when switching flavors ....vodka? How long is the typical coil lasting you? Thnx!

Tanks? I just rinse them with warm water in-between changes. Don't waste good vodka on tanks. :)

My coils last a long time--20-30 mls easily, but I vape very clean and clear eliquids. If you use dark, sweet, or NETs, you'll have to change your coils more often.

I think you're right, mine was suffering from an oversaturated wick and/or liner. Cranking up the watts after cleaning definitely helped, and it's just made a few loud "pops", which has also helped the vapor production, oddly! It appears to be working back to how it was in the beginning.

Gurgling is usually caused by oversaturation of the wick/coil. Pops happen, especially when your tank has been idle for a while. The only thing you really don't want to happen is a dry hit.

Same here. Warm or hot water rinse is adequate. I also use a pipe cleaner on some metal drip tips to be sure the flavor isn't corrupted by gunkage. Carb cleaner left a residue.

I don't clean mine between fill ups. Just add more liquid. Guess I'm weird. My tanks all get cleaned weekly in the ultrasonic cleaner.

Coil rebuilding begins tonight! I've used stock ones all week and I'd really rather use my rebuilt ones. I also owe LVM 5 of them.

EKat asked about cleaning when switching flavors. I don't clean mine between fill ups with the same juice. But I give it a good rinse or a wash with a bit of dishwashing detergent once in awhile--when it gets sticky or otherwise unsanitary...
