I bought an istick 60W last night for $26.99. It's TC and has a replaceable battery. You'll be able to buy colored sides to replace the ones on it but they aren't out yet. They come in gray, white, teal, and blue.

I'm happy to see an istick with a replaceable battery!
Great! Yes, I'm just in a pause mode for now. Eventually I'm sure I'll start buying up the newer mods.

I swear, Eleaf is like Apple. They put out a new model every other month. I can't keep up.

Yes they are, but a little quicker than Apple! Apple probably has them made already, then they crack the whip when you least expect it!

HI BUKKET!!!
SO AM I!!
A few months back we bought a couple of Defender 50s that take the 18650 batteries. We purchased a few extra batteries and always have them charged up. When the current battery runs out, it's so simple to just pop in another and be on your way - no waiting for a charge, no leaving the house with a half charged battery, etc. Plain and simple -- did I say I like SIMPLE?? I LOVE simple.
The other redeeming factor with replaceable batteries is the government cannot outlaw them! Ten years from now if my controls stay functioning, I can still pop in a new battery. When my current iSticks with non replaceable batteries no longer will recharge, they will be rendered useless - unless I figure out how to do surgery and solder, etc.
I don't remember when the iSticks originally came out, but we hopped on that train pretty quickly. We haven't had any die on us, and I hope they last a lot longer, BUT common sense tells me at around $25 or so each, I am beginning to push my luck! I think it is getting close to a year now.
Of course, chances are good, you can ALL have a Cloupor Mini with replaceable battery for FREE if you will go on the contest thread and post a little!
Just sayin' ......... it happens!

I was looking at the site, Nanny and I was wondering what kind of battery to buy for it. Which ones do you buy for your Defender?

Ugh. It's been raining off and on here for days. No sunshine in the forecast until this weekend. On the brighter side of things; the highs for Thursday and Friday are only supposed to be in the upper 60s! It's time for Fall gear! Break out the boots! :thumb:

Hi @Nanny22 :p

I've been using batteries since I bought my first Provari (Pink, of course) about 4 years ago. Next it was Vamos and mech mods. Then I tried the MVP and found that they last 6 months for me. I have an iStick that isn't lasting long. I'm going to see if I can take it apart and get my husband to solder a new battery to it once it dies. I think the biggest problem will be getting it back together. Lol.

Yes, the best part is that you'll always be able to buy batteries! But if they shut down online e-cig stores we'll be stuck buying from local vape shops and paying a fortune for mods. That's why I'm saving all of my GS Air coils, too. If I have to I'll figure out how to rebuild them.

I've got to buy a bottle of Nicotine and put it in the freezer. I keep putting it off but I really need to get it done. Forget food. I'm stocking up so I can vape.

I ask myself that almost everyday....
Sounded like a smackdown!:lol::lol: I think the same about snow. That is, if you're stuck out in it for way too long.
I can take it if I'm looking out the window though. Nowadays I'll take heat over anything.

We just get that oppressive, stifling humidity with our summer heat. I can't take that. On Sunday I had to turn my AC on for the first time in a week because it was SO stinking humid. My house was only 77 degrees, which would have been fine if it wasn't so darned sticky. Blech!

Oh yes, I understand humidity!! I was just so lucky this summer. We didn't have much major humidity. It rained all through the first half and then it was just dry the second half. Unusual, but fortunate. I can't stand humidity either, who can?
